I watched whole 46 min. video to see how many things I remember from my childhood. really want to cry. what days we had back then. just fun fun and fun...
This game was tough game and there was no way to save your progress in Nintendo , unexpected electricity cut could ruin your whole hard work 😂 damn those simple and less technology days❤️
Well for other games that are side scrolling like Sonic the Hedgehog it's exactly like you say it is. Plus a whole lot of game were like how you described as well. no way to save your progress. Yeah it's a real awful thing.
My older brother was amazing at this game. We were playing this younger than 7! But he could NEVER beat the part at 19:08 with the clouds and moving platforms. I remember the first time I grabbed the controller and did it, he passed it to me every time after that. Little sister finally felt boss. Thanks for the memories!
These games were precious items. Every detals, every aspects, every thing including the cover were precious. No wonder alot of classic games fans are collecters.
The memories! The memories! Impossible to explain! Watching this video suddenly has filled me with the feelings that I had when I was playing this game as a wee little lad (all hope for the future, and not a care in the world!) Dayuum!
This game arguably has the best end scene credits. It shows you the summary of all the levels as you relax thinking how much fun you had conquering them all to a relaxing version of “a whole new world”.
@@LuckyLeverVIEJO Ah? Okay! I've done several attempts to collect all red gems, but it's tough that if you miss one in a level you have to restart the playthrough from the beginning.
I miss Robin Williams so much. I've been thinking about him a lot recently because I've been going through a depression. It's really serious stuff. If someone you know is depressed you need to do what you can to help them. You will be like an angel to them.
This game was amazing! Such good memories! Back then I didn't speak english, so I beat this game over and over without never actually reading the stuff in the game, now I can haha
Me too I've probably beaten it 80 times 20 times since I got it back on Christmas I like speedrunning this game beat it in under 20 minutes I've beaten DK country even more times 175 times and beat Mario 1 no joke 400 times and Mario 3 and the N64 one 100 times each thats what it takes to be a good speedrunner and a good gamer
Looooooved this game. I was so proud of myself when I finally beat it as a kid. The magic carpet level was always the hardest, my mom had to help me haha and my dad and I would always write down the passwords! oh, how I miss the ‘90s. ❤️ Also, you were awesome at getting every single red jewel!
Yep, quite agree. As for me, it was my little brother who helped me at the magic carpet level. And I always wanted to have the command for the A whole new world level
Was one of the first SNES games I ever played. It was included with a used Super Nintendo my family got in 2003, along with Donkey Kong Country, NBA Jam, Super Mario RPG: Legend Of The Seven Stars, and NFL Quarterback Club.
I just watched someone play another version of Aladdin and I kept thinking "this is not the one I remember", but THIS ONE....this is the one I remember playing for countless hours❤!
I asked my wife out of the blue what her favorite game was as a kid. She said Aladdin and lion king. Pulled up this video and we’re watching it together. She’s yelling and cheering at the tv like it’s a football game. She’s LOVING it and is so excited to see it. I’ve never seen her without her phone in her hand. Phone down and full attention on this video. I’m so happy she’s happy.
Where has the time gone. This game was beautiful, something that could never be remade. Finished this game at the age of 6 and I remember every level/stage so vividly. Also the genie levels were definitely the most difficult imo.
OMG, my mother was HOOKED on this game in the 90s! My best friend had it and brought it over one time when she was spending the weekend at our house while her parents were out of town. My mother saw us playing it and that was it. She just had to play! My friend ended up letting us keep the game since she somehow had two copies of it and almost every night before bed, my mother would have to get a little Aladdin play time in! My mom was a teacher and she would usually get home from school/work slightly before me and I would frequently find her down in our game room playing it. It was so hilarious because for the longest time, my parents were totally against having video games in the house because they were worried that they would turn me into a zombie and that they would interfere with my school work and sports, but THEY were the ones who ended up getting hooked! Haha! My dad loved this Ken Griffey Jr. baseball game that we had and an Andre Agassi tennis game that we also had. My mother was more into the Disney/Mario/Donkey Kong Country games, but she also LOVED, and I mean LOVED NBA Jam! She would practically BEG me to play with her when I was a teenager! I have so many fond memories of the SNES! Definitely my favorite console of the 90s!
Velhos tempos que não voltam mais... Me lembro da época que eu pegava um cartucho na locadora para jogar o final de semana todo. Eu tinha que zerar o jogo para devolver na segunda-feira de manhã.🤗😄😄😄
I completed this game in my childhood . Sweet memories want those days back. These games are better than today's ps4 peace of mind. I have noted all level passwords in my notebook.
I just came to hear the music of the first level. So nice. I remember when I used to play on zsnes for PC, some ROMS had the first boss (7:50) with infinity attack (he just didn't stop attacking) and I had no idea how to kill it. Just gave up and tried another ROM.
I remember that when I was 4 or 3 years old I played this on my father's phone and until today I had the doubt of what his name was, I am so happy to find it, now I can finish it
When i watch this kind of movies, i remember my childhood and i have strong feelings. These games shows us that the quality of game is not only depends on it’s graphics.
This is the only platformer I’ve been able to beat on my own, haha. But I can’t believe you got the genie in the bonus game - I’ve played this game dozens, maybe hundreds of times, and never once got the genie! I’ve always wondered what happens when you land on him, thanks for solving that mystery. Also, not collecting more apples along the way gave me so much anxiety hahah
I played this all the time as a kid and as a teen. I beat the game no fewer than 5 or 6 times. I think I still might have this game memorized even after all of these years!
