Here in India it's monsoon season and my family loves to eat aalu pakoras which is sliced potatoes dipped in a batter made by gram flour, water, chilli powder, salt and cumin seeds. We dip the potato slices into the batter and fry them in oil. Served with mint chutney and chai (regular tea)

I'm from Germany and we usually eat lots of apple and plum cakes here... usually a yeast dough that you roll out over a whole baking tray, top with the fruit and lots and lots of sugary, buttery streusels *-* Heaven
Not only conchas, but pan de muerto or "hojaldras", and pan de fiesta too with chpurrado o café de olla. And for food we have pozole, chalupas, chiles en nogada, and so much more in this season of the year.
I am making this for my neighbor for his Birthday next week......Easy has pie with out all the work. Thanks Laura. I cannot tell you how many people have tuned you in because I told them how fantastic your cooking and baking is. Tons and Tons.
I'm from Poland and for us autumn means apples, pears and late plums :) So we bake a lot with them, and we also make preservatives and chutneys. We even preserve them (especially pears) with sugar and vinegar syrup which makes them perfect addition to different kinds of meat all year long! :)
I am from Bulgaria 🇧🇬 and during fall we usually eat a lot of apple desserts with lots of cinnamon. Apple upside-down cake, strudel, pupmkin cream caramel 🍮. Just roasted pumpkin with sugar. ❤️❤️❤️ GREAT SNICKERS RECIPE. Can't wait to try it out. Greetings and have a nice Autumn season
I absolutely love to watch you take a sample of something that you LOVE, like these bars. Your reaction says it all. No words needed. And it’s just as great watching you eat home made bruschetta and roasted red peppers.
I am from Bulgaria and in the fall we eat a type of Strudel made with crispy, buttery filo dough and cinnamon apple filling (or pumpkin). My grandma makes her delicious rolls with rosehip jelly and walnuts. Rosehip jelly is very common here, it's a bit tangy but also sweet, I have never had it homemade. Another popular fruit in the fall is quince. We make poached quince or quince pie. I would love to see you recreate one of these recipes with your delicious and sweet imagination. Lots of love
I always prefer your recipes,Laura, over the other videos for all the recipes I make.I always search for the recipe with Laura Vitale because I love your videos!😍😍

Hi Laura I’m from Australia and we’ve just entered spring. I don’t believe there are any popular Australian food traditions throughout autumn but I’m Italian and we enjoy all the things we’ve made during summer like the beautiful fresh sauce we make, homemade wine, olive oil etc. I think in autumn we’re all still soaking up the long sunny days and having bbq’s with our loved ones, drinking a cold one and dreading winter! Love from down under! X
Germany here. Typical for autumn season are wild mushroom dishes with king bolete or chanterelle (hope these are the right names, had to look it up in a dictionary). Then we have sweet chestnuts. A clasic here. Quinces. Aaaand applepie! Oh and plum pie. With cinnamon! Yum.
I’m in the U.S. but autumn to me is apples....anything apple! Baked apples, pork chops with apples and onions, homemade apple sauce. And my moms goulash! I love cooking and eating this time of year especially and in the Spring because of the abundance of fresh and flavorful produce! I also think Fall means like pot roast and root vegetables. Oh and soups, I start making and freezing soups, so easy and fun! Yes, I love pumpkin stuff too but Fall cooking is using my oven and stove a lot more than in the summer. Also, VERY cool feature with the barcode recipes, that’s awesome! These snickers cookie bars look amazingly delicious! YUM! Thank you for your high quality videos and wonderful recipes! Your personality is also delightful!
I am from South India and it is Onam festival here!!!🤩🎉🎊 On Onam we have a lot of different flavoured dishes which are mixed together!!!😎 I just love this season!!!❤️
Hi Laura, first of all I have to say, I love all of your videos and your fun personality! Here in Canada, we are known for “BUTTER TARTS” in the fall and in the spring we have “MAPLE SYRUP FESTIVALS”.
Hi Laura, I’m from Australia and we are coming into spring which I love for all things salad and outdoor bbq. In the winter I bake a lot, especially your Italian lemon pound cake (soooooo good). Lots of slow cookers meals too! Love your show, have been watching for years with my daughters 💖 My 6 yo absolutely love Anzac biscuits!
Hey Laura, I tried these out today at home to take it to my hostel and I swear I'm not gonna buy market Snickers again. Thanks darling for this amazing recipe. Loads of love from India♥
I'm from Montreal, Quebec and of course, we like Pumpkin Spice anything like our neighbors to the South. However, we are big on apple season in the Fall and maple syrup (sugar shacks) in late Winter, early Spring. I think we have the best of both worlds!
Roasted chestnuts 🌰 were a big hit and you used to be able to buy them off a vendor off the streets when I was young. The smell of roasting nuts in the oven or on the hearth plate is a memory I will always cherish.
In France we have various things... Hot chocolate is back in the evenings, apple everything (pies, purée,...), we eat more soups as well. Everything that can be comforting. Later in the fall / beginning of winter you will have all the cheesy good stuff : tartiflette, raclette, fondue, welsh... Anything to keep you warm hahaha.
Hello, I am a Bedouin from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia And there is a popular winter food here, which is (AL-ASEDDAH) or porridge Porridge is: considered a porridge of sweets or popular dishes famous in many Arab countries as it occupies a special place for social occasions, and it is one of the main meals in the regions of southern and eastern Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and Sudan, and the components of porridge differ from one region to another in Sudan made from income flour or wheat flour In Tunisia and Libya, it is made from wheat flour cooked with water. It was presented in the celebration of the Prophet’s Birthday and Newborn’s Week. It is presented in the form of a hemisphere and is eaten by hand. thanks for all your video
Love the scanning idea, this week I Googled what i wanted to make with Laura in the Kitchen and Google directed me some fantastic videos with Laura in the Kitchen. I am loving the new fresh ideas, thank you!!! you. the Salmon with honey mustered topping & chicken parmesan!!! Laura you are my favorite cook!
Definitely the moon cake here in Taiwan to celebrate the moon festival! Flaky pastry at the outside and sweet red bean paste with salty firm yolk filling is to die for!
Love the idea. May try making them. It's hurricane season here in Barbados, mango season pretty much just finished, breadfruit are putting in a repeat appearance, so there's going to be plenty pickled, roasted, boiled and mashed (aka coucou). Coconuts are always around for sugar cake ( candied shredded coconut), & coconut bread.
I never hear anyone mention breadfruit aka " little slices of heaven " . And Of course it can only be served with Ackee and Saltfish and Fried Plantain aka " last meal on earth " 😍😍😍 lol
In Ecuador we make something called “canelazo” and it’s a beverage with or without alcohol. Typically with sugar cane alcohol and lulo. It’s heaven on rainy days.
In norway we eat Fårikål in the autumn :) . Fårikål (Norwegian pronunciation: [foːrɪkɔl]) is a traditional Norwegian dish and also considered the national dish of the country. Consisting of pieces of mutton with bone, cabbage, whole black pepper and often a little wheat flour, cooked for several hours in a casserole, traditionally served with potatoes boiled in their jackets. The dish is typically prepared in early autumn.
OMG... I've lost my sweet tooth but, Snickers and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are the only candies I like. Because you alreay have your oven on, the one thing I would do to bring out extra flavor is pop your nuts in the oven for a few minuts just to enhance the the nutty flavor. Can't wait to make a batch.
I’m from Somalia and what I’m looking forward for Boor,Boor is dough that is cut into shapes like squares, triangles,or circles that are fried in oil,and there pastries
I live in the northwest (Washington State, eastern side where it's hot!). I look forward to slow-roasted oven meals. I don't use my oven during the summer as it heats up the house too much. One pan meals are my favorite... roast, chicken, etc... with roasted veggies.
Anything with apples here in Minnesota! It’s still beautiful outside, but when the weather turns cooler we bake more. Edit: I love the scannable code on your website - it saves me from searching for the corresponding video. Thank you !
Hello there beautiful, here in NM it's all about the smells of green chili roasting that's heaven on earth. Oh and going to the hot air balloon fiesta, if you haven't been then u really need to put that on ur bucket list, it's so beautiful.
Waynette Asbury You bring back many good memories for me! I lived in Albuquerque for five years and in Taos for two. I still consider New Mexico my second home
In the Netherlands we have pepernoten, speculaas, gevulde speculaas which are all with koek/speculaaskruiden. A spice mix similar to pumpkin pie spice.
I am from Cyprus! We lave to make that season Apple Pie! But it not the Apple Pie wen there making in America! It's Cake buter with apples! Laura if we didn't use these candy bars wen you use in that recipie i can you homemade "Caramel Sause"? If i can use you can tell me how i make it? Thank you for these easy and very tasty recipies! Soups! Any kind of soup minestrone soup, clam chowder, seafood soup. There nothing better than a warm bowl of soup and freshly baked bread. It would be amazing if you did a soup series!
I'm in Michigan and, while I am on board the pumpkins spice train, Fall for me is the time for apple and sweet potato desserts (pie, cake, etc). Btw, the bars look heavenly.
