@@TheWoodland12 I am sorry to hear that you are being bullied at school. I went to a Catholic school for high school, and I remember taking detours to different classes to avoid certain students. It’s definitely an ultra sensitive time when we’re young. I used to cry a lot during that time and then, as soon as I got to college, it was like I was the girl. Sometimes kids are really mean. Sometimes it’s just a reflection of their pain and suffering. Unfortunately, some kids will project what they’re going through at home onto other children what they seen because of their insecurities. It’s definitely easy to take it personally and feel like it’s a personal attack. I don’t know what grade you are in, but just know that it will be completely different in college. If you’re thinking about switching schools, perhaps you could research another school that you could go to and share that with your parents. You can ask your parents if you can go to therapy and explain the distress that you’re feeling and its effects on you. Even in your age, you could even become a child advocate for anti-bullying policies at schools and start a nonprofit organization.

I second that and also her mom and brothers. I’m only 12 ( almost) but I have several chronic illnesses with two of them being autoimmune diseases. You have to take steroids at least every now and then with autoimmune diseases. Steroids and chemotherapy medication are the two worst medications as far as side effects go that those of us with autoimmune disorders have to take. Oh and the third medication is antidepressants/ antipsychotics .

Majority of black people have dark skin tones. Some of them make a distinction at the slightest difference to make themselves feel better. Her brothers, mother, father, and fiance are not light skin tone, and the black women in the audience have dark skin tones too. It's the same as making fun of poor people when they live in the same projects and area, and their parents received welfare too. Then they blame the others and rich people for their insecurities. However, I am glad he called out the community for perpetuating this madness.

I meant when we were younger, we had bullies in real life, at school, the park, in the neighborhood. It's kind of difficult to accept cyberbullying when you've experienced physical bullying in the past, but as I stated, this made me aware that I was wrong. It's easy to say, turn off the screen, or block the person when you weren't born into this generation of technology. Young people are addicted to screens, so they can't just turn it off.
