It would be cool if this fight was essentially an endurance round, with the player not able to damage Spamton while snowgrave slowly covers his body.

I love spamton because even though jevil is crazy, spamton is *insane* his dialogue is a lot stranger and often makes little sense in comparison. He seems to actually somewhat scare kris themselves and has short moments where he recalls someone he knew before and asks kris for help. He also calls himself something along the lines of "the help stop it burns guy"

Imagine if Spamton was stubborn enough to survive Noelle's final blow and keep fighting on... He'd truly be [[desperate]].

I headcanon that Spamton actually survived Noelle's blizzard, he just didn't melt in time to stop the lightners from leaving.

Imagine a fight with a slowly-freezing Spamton NEO, where his attack pattern gets more intense with every turn, and after a bit, he completely freezes over, the strings snap from the cold, and he hits the ground hard enough to shatter.

Pretty crazy that neo actually has enough HP to survive snowgrave.

It was really fun drawing Spamton for this, and Netcavy was really *[[ COOL ]]* for giving me that opportunity! Guess it was really a *[[SOLID DEAL]]!*

Someone else already pointed this out but I really like it, it's the fact that the game really shows how bad of a person you are in snowgrave, when even spamton is better than you, he's the hero in this fight.

I replaced the original OGG with this and fought Spamton in snowgrave route and it fits amazingly perfect

What if at this point in the hypothetical fight, Spamton’s attacks start dealing damage split across your health and your tp. The only way to end the fight would be to cast snowgrave a second time, so you’d essentially have to no hit the whole fight. That sounds like an actual nightmare to try and beat but maybe it’d be cool.

i have a feeling if this ever gets to be some sort of mod, there would be a special attack where if you get hit by it, it changes your soul sprite where it looks like its kind of frozen and it makes you slowed down for a bit

man, I really wanna see a bossfight with this music... Imagine an omega flowey bossbattle, but with Spamton NEO partly-frozen from the SnowGrave Noelle casted... With a blizzard in the background. Then as the battle progresses, the ice will spread more and more throughout Spamton's body, as the fight gets harder and harder to dodge... Then at the very end, only a part of his head is visible, as he tries to resist... But, inevitably, froze to death.

I like he’s not a “sans” I herd about him and I thought he would be some kind of hero or something at the end. I like the twist? Of him just being Evil and useing Kris’s murder spree to get power

Ooo I love what you did with this. It sounds a lot less... "crazy", and more dramatic, like Spamton is no longer desperate, and is now really a formidable tyrant with the only goal being to stop you. It sounds so much more like Spamton knows what he's doing! Also I don't know if it was intentional, but a lot of the instruments sound blippy enough to fit a snow-themed boss fight, which is perfect for Snowgrave. >:D

Megalovania works great here as a little cameo. It hints at the prospect for a real all or nothing fight with the "controller and puppet" against the "last hope" even if in this case completely unintentional hero. Makes the Battle against a true hero motif work as well instead of just being just a Neo reference!

when i saw the sections where there are both blue and orange orbs in the backround, i only thought one thing: *Noelle cast Snowgrave *Spamton cast Flame Brigade and then you would have too dodge flames while Spamton has a soul that moves inverse too you and you have too get his soul to get hit by the ice

I would love to see how fight would carry out in concept. That said, I do think it would have to be done by messing with the gameplay mechanics, since as is, it would be an odd fight.. As is, on one hand, Noelle would probably hurt Spamton Neo a lot, since he has 4.8k HP, and Snowgrave does well over 1k, even close to 2k. Iceshock would probably be a bit better pacing wise, since that normally does around 400 HP, but that would also be higher given the Thorn Ring. On the other hand, since Noelle's health drains due to the Thorn Ring, and Spamton probably not going to hesitate on attacking her, she'd also be likely to be knocked out a lot.

I like the idea that the ice makes him extremely fragile and brittle, but makes his damage a lot higher, so it's just a race to deal as much damage as possible while Spamton desperately throw everything he has at you to try and stay alive.

The way that it sounds panicked is amazing, as it just shows how Spamton is trying to hold out when he knows he is doomed, waiting for someone to hear HIS cry for help, but he knows no one is coming. Edit. Gramurrr.

i could easily see this as a continuation of the snowgrave battle because before Noelle attacked, spamton's defence rose high enough to make his HP infinite, his attacks would probably be stronger but also more repetitive because his body was semi-paralyzed because of the ice blocking his movements but that also means that the ice would hold him in place if his strings were cut meaning he would be more powerful because he could finally utilize his free will and physical strength. what do you think of this?

Having like another phase after Noelle shows up would be pretty dope, now fighting Spamton with her as she's the only one that can damage him with his high defense

If this happened, he wouldn't even give you a turn anymore. But ice is blue, meaning you could shoot his arm to break it little by little in order to finish Spamton off. Also, his Pipis are randomly replaced by FriedPipis for healing options.

Ok, but here me out: What if there was an Alternative Snowgrave timeline where it went just like Snowgrave until you tell Noelle to use Snowgrave in which case instead of saying "Watch what happens when I use a spell I don't know" she instead refuses, and says about having doubted Kris's actions multiple times and now she's decided what Kris is doing is wrong, and so runs away, dragging Berdley with her. By the time you get to Queen Boss 1 arena, Queen, Berdley, and Noelle are all waiting for you. Noelle immediately freezes a wall between Kris and the others - Kris is now solo, and now you have to battle all 3 of them, with their own equivalent spells and whatnot being attacks against you. Queen looks disappointed, and also expresses grave concern for Noelle and Berdley after what Noelle told Queen had happened to everyone, deciding to make a truce between the three of them to stop what they perceive to be the threat: Kris, once and for all. Once you've got one down to low health, Queen takes the final hit for them, and now she's greatly weakened and can't fight. Then, suddenly, Spamton NEO appears, commenting about how he heard a whole ruckus from Queen about you wanting to seal the fountain, and decides to fight alongside Noelle and Berdley, deeming the Queen too weak to fight and pushing her out of harm's way. Phase 2 begins. Now you have to defeat Noelle and Berdley, then Spamton himself. It won't be easy, but somehow you'll find a way to break through his defenses, if not even convince Noelle to finish him off somehow with YOUr voice.

for once, the absolute batshit insane energy of spamton just might be exactly what the dark world needs the most.

I can see this fight playing out where Noelle's first snowgrave doesn't finish him off, so the rest of the fight is building up TP to cast snowgrave multiple times to finally entirely encase Spamton in ice, each cast putting more and more ice on him. His attacks would be erratic and would have bullets shaped like ice shards flying about

I really love the use of a minor version of The World Revolving floating over everything, it adds an interesting parallel to his normal/secret fight in the Pacifist route. Instead of portraying his hopes for being free, it portrays his desperation to kill Kris and not lose the freedom he has.

I LOVE the idea of the snow flowing in the background, that's such a cool touch no pun intended

One concept I always had for SG Spamton is if at the very end when snowgrave is cast, instead of freezing his body begins to explode, and right nefore he dies, he quickly snatches Noelle and they both get hit by the explosion, monologing about how you wont be able to pull her strings anymore. Now instead of 1 person who was kind of a jerk being potentially dead or in a coma, you'd have Noelle too. Just to make Snowgrave more twisted and gut punchy.

Coming from the different snowgrave route fangame, this song is an absolute banger.

I just thought about how this fight might work here, the mercy bar would be replaced with a gauge showing how frozen Spamton is. The gauge goes up by 1%-4% each time it's the players turn, but this can be sped up by using Noelle's ice attacks.

Here's my prediction for this "weird route" starting here in chapter 2. We will get side characters like Noelle who aren't main characters like Susie and Ralsei and find ways to mentally manipulate them into becoming our mind slaves who are massively powerful and kill on command. Over the chapters we will build them up. But Kris won't take kindly to this. Eventually, it will come to a head where Kris gets rid of us for good, leaving us without a body. That's where the vessel we made in chapter one comes in. The thrash machine from Chapter 1 not only came back, but also played a big part in the story. The ultimate payoff for creating that body in the beginning would be exactly this. It would become a battle of us and our powerful living weapons against Kris, Susie, and Ralsei. But our team would be extremely powerful, they would demolish Kris and crew right? So here's where my theory branches into two options. One fits more into the story we're already being told now, and the other links back into UT. I'll start with the former because it has more to go on. Perhaps the Titans Ralsei mentions get awakened for some reason, they'd obviously be strong enough to destroy the world. You'd need a supremely powerful force to stop them. A force we have been training over the course of 6 chapters perhaps? Ending lives with the one goal: get stronger. Here's my other (also my favorite option) Kris isn't just being puppetted around by us, but Chara too. It's highly implied that we, and the narrator are directly from UT. The narrator was Chara of course. Once Kris rejects us finally, Chara assumes full control over Kris, continuing to punish us for doing the Genocide route back in UT, trying to hurt people, whatever you think they want. Of course Chara would still be powerful from our experience back then. If we say... wanted to shake an annoying child from our adventures, we'd probably need powerful help to do so right? Continuing our ever growing lust for power that Chara knows us for. The final battle is to fight back against the entity that hits us hard enough to erase the world. The only one keeping us in check ultimately. Keeping us from happy endings. Halting our killing sprees. Holding back our determination. [!?!?!!] Us over right at the good part like a [Gameshow host]. And our living weapons will help us shake this influence for good.
