Just a note to add the Western Star 49X to the review video list ... if you buy it. Another opt-in 'collector' truck for $6. Good way to disguise the grab by calling it a 'collector' truck. IMHO it's actually a pretty good truck. It's capable, gutsy, can handle the loads and mud. Super lovin this new map, and it's not 'cause I live in Canada. Really.
Yeah I grabbed it and it seems pretty decent 👍🏻! Better than the apache that’s for sure lol! Yeah the map is pretty cool and I like the region it’s been set in, it was the right place to choose!
The new map is Yukon territory Canada. North of Britsh Columbia and Alberta just East of Alaska. Lots of forests and mountains and rivers and some tough but not impossible terrain.
This mission stuffed me up when I played it. I discovered the mission then thought I'll do it another day, finally delivered the fuel from one side of the map to the other and realized I had to activate the mission first before delivery. I'm much wiser for it though
Lol yeah I remember doing that exact same thing on one of these earlier missions! I think everyone learned that the hard way lol! That’s why I just grab every mission now when I first find it as I think that whole having to activate it thing a bit of an inconvenient pain at times 👍🏻

Just got into the new Phase II release. First couple of hours discovering the map and unlocking the bridges. It's awesome. Not so 'trollish'. Challenging but not stupid. Almost all trucks work (ie it's not Imandra). BTW - The money glitch looks to be fixed.
Yeah I’ve been playing on it and it seems pretty good 👍🏻! A few little bugs, but overall it seems like a nice map! Not full imandra which is good lol! Yeah there is another way that still worked for me, using kolob engines as an example, own the top engine but don’t have it equipped, equip the stock one, then go onto the top engine, and press equip and sell at the same time, you may need to press sell a tiny bit sooner, but if you time it right, then it should sell the engine, but also equip it, then equip the stock engine and repeat 👍🏻

And I bought (as in real $) the new Westinghouse 49X or whatever ... it's actually pretty good. Dude, I heard the hammering on the driveway in your video ... that's fucked up. I feel your pain ... I've been living with the city replacing the sewer line outside my place over the last 3 months. No parking, no road, no access. Like it's bad enough that you have to walk 2 blocks and then they pound the earth at 7am like they're trying to make it flat ... FFS. FFS=For F^ck Sakes!!!
Glad you use that bug cuz it amazing Also I think this truck is getting a highrage gearbox cuz on the new map there’s a upgrade for this truck and the voron d and it’s phone-number called the Special off-road gearbox Which it already has so.......
Yeah that bug was very handy, but they seem to have patched the engine bug, as well as that xp bug on Pedro, as far as I can tell so far anyway! Ahhh that’s cool, it’ll be interesting to see if it can have a highrange, I’d prefer that 👍🏻

Yeah I almost did use the lower suspension, but that bit I grabbed the upgrade from, I thought I could do with the ground clearance 👍🏻! Yeah the bandit seems pretty good so far, I’d like to get the top engine first and see how it is then!
Apparently there is also a new collector's (aka paid dlc) truck, the wester star 69X. Can't imagine the amount of that's what she said jokes in that review.
I can't wait to play with the new phase 2. I'm using my hotspot on my phone it won't be done until tomorrow because of the slow download but at least I'll have it
Yeah it’s a pretty cool map 👍🏻! That’s a shame with the slow internet, I remember having to do the same things with my phone internet, or some SIM card internet thing, it took a while but you’ll soon be on it 👍🏻

The multipurpose gearbox is the worst. It’s slightly faster but... no high gear. It’s only 5 gears. I did a race with my friend. It’s not even that much faster.
Ya judging by the description in game it doesn’t look any more promising than the stock gearbox for the Kolobs. I’ll stick to my advance special with the new active suspension 👌
Yeah that’s a bit of a shame, I’ve not tried it, but either way I don’t drive the kolobs all that much, that active suspension would probably help more than the gearbox, to improve it 👍🏻

Yeah I tried that too! There is another way you could try, go onto the kolob engines, buy the top engine, but don’t equip it, equip the stock engine, then go to the top engine, and click sell and buy at the same time, if done right then it should sell the engine and also equip it, then equip the stock engine, and repeat 👍🏻
They’ve patched one of them, but if you are on an item that you own such as the top engine, but haven’t got it equipped, then press equip and sell at the same time, if you get it right then it should sell the engine, but also equip it, then just equip something else such as the stock engine, then repeat 👍🏻
This truck really isn’t that bad considering the Devs hate north American trucks. My favorite quality of this truck is that you can bob & weave through wooded areas like the loaf 🍞. It’s compact and has good turning. If I have sections that get really tight.
I preemptively made a new save and got all the trucks I could while doing that glitch. But I was too lazy to keep doing it the day before the update so now I have one save with a couple million, and another newer save with only about 700k. But thankfully that’s enough for the rest of the trucks I want/ use. My first save I have multiple trucks so I have some good liquid assets
Yeah same here I had around 10 million on each save and I’m glad I did as they patched the way I made a video on! There is still a way I think, go onto an engine that you own but haven’t got equipped, then press equip and buy at the same time, and if you get the timing right, then it should sell it and equip it, then equip the stock engine and repeat! I think they may have patched the xp bug on Pedro too! Thankfully I did all the xp I needed from it last night 👍🏻
@@ACristianDude yeah that’s still a nice little boost to save the majority of grinding 👍🏻! You’ll still make money as you complete it, and you’ll know what you want to buy and not buy so it should work out nicely!
