I find it funny how the game saves as the plane stars flying. I also wish the plane would be rebuilt and be a thing that’s sitting at the runway. So you can take pictures or something.
Oh did it lol that sounds about right for the luck I was having on this mission! There’s about 10 times I flipped as it was saving so there’s no shortcut lol! Yeah I fully agree, that’s why I wanted to keep the 2 biggest parts of the plane at least (tried to keep all 3) to drive them around some more and I was going to try and prop them up on some scouts or something and try and make it look rebuilt 👍🏻! It would be worth it more if it was built on a plinth or something when you’re done
I played this mission on my save on co op with my friend. I let him deliver the plane on the flatbed but he crashed while delivering it. My truck with the plane was still there but the objective said it was delivered. However when I went to get dinner my friend somehow lost the last piece (small wing) so I had to restart the mission. I kept the glitched plane at the airport as a trophy. Same thing happened when he tried delivering one of the armored cars beforehand so I have one of those there too. After all the glitchyness I managed to bring the plane back to the airport again and finished the mission solo
I'm definitely saving my plane to try to make yard art out of it. Going to see how high up I can perch it! Won't be easy though since the wings flip upside-down when being winched.
I love this map, but I think the mistake they made was not having more real missions on it (rebuilding bridges etc). I mean if they want to troll you, they could make you get loads of steel, concrete slabs, blocks etc and drag them from all over imandra and Kovd, but they just didn’t. Before it dropped I loaded up a bunch of 5-slot trailers with cargo and drug them up to the gateway to imandra so I could plow through all the rebuilding missions, but then there weren’t any to speak of so those trailers are still sitting there (not as bad as your trailer park in white valley, but...). I just felt like there were too few missions to actually move cargo around on this map.
Yeah I know what you mean, I’d rather have those kind of missions where you have to source lots of stuff! If they’d gone either way with this mission, either slow terrain but grab the plane and have a path back, or the whole scan for parts and so on, but a nicer more open route back, I think it would have been alright, but ramming it all in one mission, and then expecting us to go back 2 more times was just too boring, too much repetition of the same drive etc over and over! That mission to unlock the garage for example was a cool mission, varied and challenging but still flowing and enough freedom to mix it up a bit 👍🏻
@@itsmrlonewolf Yeah, for me the fun of this game is coming onto a map, scouting it and getting all the missions/tasks and figuring out how to transport and stage materials around where I need them to do all the jobs as efficiently as possible. You can do that with exploration jobs, but it's just not satisfying to me.
This and other missions would have made more sense if the trees were properly implemented, like they were in the Michigan region, where you are able to knock down medium trees eventually, but for some magic reason on the new maps a skinny grey tree will bend like rubber and never fall. I would really like to know why the devs thought that was a good idea, something similar to how the fuel weight works, carrying a roof rack is like using an elephant over the truck cabin.
Yeah the trees or just knowing how bad they’d be if I went x y or z route were just too much of a troll before I’d even started! A lot of this mission is basically repeating the same awkward path there and back multiple times which is a bit boring!
Yeah and what's even worse with the fuel is that the scout fuel trailer bounces around like it's made of styrofoam. Right side up, upside down and being dragged... hardly matters.
As what's become synonymous with Mr Lone Wolf, he gets fed up of the plane and LAUNCHES it into the air and gets it to fly ITSELF to the Goodammmmm Airport. !!!!!!! 🧨✨🎉🎊🎃

A good way to avoid the trees to get back to the airport is to carry the big items fully extended in the crane. That way the wings go over the trees rather than trying to cut a path through
Yeah if I did this mission again then I reckon I’d do the same 👍🏻! As I was making a video on it, I wanted to try and attempt it how it’s supposed to be done, but for the last 2 pieces I decided their way is stupid lol! Carrying the stuff by crane is much more efficient 👍🏻
Corvette Dude lol do you not think it was repetitive though? Like the unlocking the garage mission was fun and varied and you could mix it up more! This felt like drive there multiple times, and drive back, with boring stuff like rocks and trees and super snow to slow you down, but no actual difficult driving, just slow
True lol the snow on this map is just unnecessarily slow, it’s not even realistic really, I hope they tone it down but I won’t hold my breath lol! It doesn’t even bother me, it just breaks my emersion when I get stuck in parts that look like supercars could get through lol
I echo your sentiment, I was looking forward to the idea of that mission but it ended up being very tedious, although my biggest problem was the wing with engine would not pack on the trailer until I got it in a very specific position
Yeah it’s a shame but it just didn’t feel fun to do! Opening the garage was way better! I never had too much trouble packing the trailer but perhaps they patched it to make it easier? The wing with the engine was awkward once but apart from that it loaded when I needed it to
Yeah that’s what really killed the joy for me, knowing even when I get that plane back, there’s 2 more lots to go, didn’t feel like much of an accomplishment, and it made the mission feel repetitive really

But yea for the most part it's pretty open, the plane does fit though there and like I said that meadow isn't bad at all to get though. I don't know if there is a even better way or not, but it's the best route I've found. This is also just a recreation, I already had the plane mission completed at this time. This was just going back and showing the route I used.
Yeah I did check that route out but there was a heck of a lot of trees along that way, like around 3:00 to 3:50 on yours would probably have resulted in me getting the trailer glitched into a tree and flinging my plane in the air too lol! I ended up choosing the way I went as overall there wasn’t that many trees in the way, just really awkward terrain, but I’d rather that than trees as I’ve spent a lot of time stuck in them lol
@@itsmrlonewolf Yea there is a tight spot at 3:00, but I rather deal with 1 tight spot on flat ground then to have to deal with a tight spot on a icy hill like down your trail. lol I don't know what your issue is at 3:50, it's literally wide open trail and even that little mud hole is pretty shallow. The only tree's you might even get remotely close to are small ones that can just be run over anyway. So I dunno, I don't see what possibly worries you at 3:50 man. Are you sure it's 3:50 or did you mean to timestamp somewhere else?

This map I like and hate. The size 👍, locations of utilities 👍, challenge of map 🤷♂️ ( there are bits that are a challenge but, the trolling spots are STUPID. ). Troll spot, downed tree that lets your truck drive over but hangs up the trailers, the bloody boulders that would be cleaned up first off. The ridiculous slowdown snow that would be plowed away. I remember in mudd runner how hated so many downed trolly trees. Devs, “How can we make the map more difficult without much effort.... oh add slow snow, tipuover boulders and springing tree.”
Yeah it probably is lol but it looks too small to be worth bringing that massive trailer back lol! Some people have said they did it with the twin steer, I think the others are just that flatbed?
I rolled one of my trucks (Voron AE) when i came back with a rescue truck it had gone, i found it driving down the road on its roof so i followed for a good few minutes when it got to the super snow it carried on on its roof at the same speed i could not keep up.
I did it with 2 P12's, but in full disclosure I had to restart the mission twice because I got hopelessly stuck on both routes. I have placed my own stipulation on it that the truck I use has to do the entire mission by itself. From reaching the airport from the garage, hauling the trailer to the starting point, and then delivering it back to the airport without any other truck having to winch it out or rescue it. So far, ground clearance has ended it for 4 of them. The Derry 4520 almost made it, but one too many times unpacking the cargo let the plane slide off. Might try that one again though. Ironically, the route I used to return them was the one you talked about with the landslide. It's a long way around, but entirely passable.
Yeah it’s certainly an awkward mission lol, doesn’t feel difficult so much as just tedious, but it’s not the end of the world, It’s still a cool cargo to haul! Good luck with completing it 👍🏻! Yeah that path with the landslide is definitely passable once that’s cleared, but I just had thoughts of the plane catching trees and me slowly sliding sideways down the slope onto more trees lol
I find a cool trick on PC : when i tip over or something bad happen, pause the game (don't quit game or go to main menu) then -> ctrl+alt+del then in task manage end snowrunner task. And start the game again. It starts a few minutes before that location. I think in PS4 and PS5, if you close the game, it has the same effect.
The metal scanning & the triple deliveries I can understand. The size of that fuselage is just impossible. Despite choosing the best route & picking the 73210, there were at least 4 places along my route where trees/powerline poles prevent moving forward. Those wings at the back of the fuselage - it simply won't go past. As with all things imandra, the only way to proceed is to break the rules. There is no clean way to complete this contract. It's all dirty, one way or another. Just a matter of how dirty.
I went a similar route but I used bruce for towing the trailer and a 2nd bruce with a crane, bruce is one very capable beast of a truck. Speaking about tv's, mine is a 42" panasonic plasma from about 2010 so yeah 10 years old and still going strong.
Yeah Bruce is great on this map and this mission! Made the last half a lot more bearable lol 👍🏻! That’s doing well man! I remember hearing plasma TVs can fade after a while but they seem to be doing just fine 👍🏻
👍. Just about to start this mission. Looking forward to all those trees. Lol. Not. Yeah they really need to think a bit more about other side missions before main mission. Ie like u said road clearing etc. this map if definitely time consuming. For all the wrong reasons.
I haven't done this mission yet, but I have cleared all the tasks in Imandra, and I plan on hugging the ice lake. It's tricky but I think it can be done. The ice lake I don't think is any worse than trying to go down the center of the second map of Maine.
the easy way to get the wing parts to the staging area is hook to the crane winch cable and drag them behind you seeing this mission on here was daunting at first but then i started it now that i know where everything is and its been a breeze ive got a fuel truck at the loop at the end im using as a staging area drag the parts there and theres a truck to keep everything fueledup i just go out get on the rocky pary of the other lake take that around then up to the road the airport is on its a pain getting to the other lake and to the airport because the planr tail gets hung up on everything
The only way this map could be more of a troll is if you got to the fuel tanker at the airport and there was only 1 liter of fuel in there after traveling from lake Kovd.
I tried taking the same route as you back to the airport and the left side of the tail of the plane got stuck on the same tree that got you in that narrow passage. Unfortunately for me, the game didn't glitch and throw the plane. I tugged with another truck on the front and brought a crane to the back of the plane and still couldn't get in unhung from the bloody tree. Even tried uncoupling the trailer and tried ramming it from behind and it wouldn't move. I hit restart and will try again tomorrow.
The plane parts would make some good make-shift bridges or not. The mod I want is to give the P16 fog-horn to the Lo4f. When selecting a horn in the garage the sound of the horn should change with the different styles of horn.
Yeah it’s a pretty tough mission! lol I’m not so sure the zikz on it’s own would get very far, it’s more the snow that would hold it back, if there was a road then I reckon it could manage it
so far I've craned two parts of the aircraft all the way to the airport, one using a tayga with loading crane and my "Bruce" with heavy crane, neither part got caught on any tree's, in fact I noticed that the "part's" were actually going through trees, only have the trailer to go, just going to take it slow and steady.
I have done it with the wings the same like you. Put it on the top auf bruce‘s head. And the little wing stays very nice on this red trailer which hangs on the crane Bruce. So I need to run only one time with the big trailer. But I decided to pull big trailer with a second Bruce because Bruce has chained tires not like the Kolob team. So I have done it with double Bruce power and it was the best idea for me. Honestly in my game the rear wings glitched a lot through many trees but nevertheless I tried not to touch any of this trees. For the metaldetector I used the step and it makes me surprise. It has done a bloody good job! Even in the deep snow it fights its way through. In my next play trough I will give it a better try. Off topic I watched nearly all of your videos and I feel very sorry not to write under every video. I am sorry for that!
You're right. No way I'm getting back 3 times with the wide trailer. It feels like punishment. I came over with the wide trailer close to the garage. But the game punished me, it doesn't recognise this wide trailer for the task. No I have to get the one from the airport.
So I now loaded 2 pieces on 2 trailers. I can’t take it anymore. I also want to burn my PS4 like you said. These stupid trees aren’t fun. I just leave the trucks stuck. I don’t give a F anymore, to get them unstuck.

For anyone who is even thinking of doing this mission co op, don’t. At least I tried before they came out with the stability/glitch patch. My friend either accidentally removed or despawned one of the pieces and I had to restart while my trucks were scattered around. He also somehow emptied the whole contents of the fuel semi trailer u find at the airport. Never playing any delivery missions co op, let alone his clumsy ass
Wish the wing bits were packable on any other trailer, but no...only packable on that giant wide pile of massiveness... Lol i oddly ran the same route back with the same kolob with the fuselage... did you hack my PC? ROFL i unhooked the trailer on that tree that glitched you on the hill... Yanked it thru with the winch. No idea why it let the tail glitch thru that tree using the winch. High centered i think was the word your looking for with the tatarin on the rocks...

Yeah overall I reckon it is, it depends how much you play the game, but it does add a lot of stuff to do! This mission had some fun elements but was mostly tedious, but most if not all other missions I’ve done have felt pretty decent 👍🏻! You’ll get the F750, the tuz16 and that warthog and awd for the gmc and twin steer so it’s not too bad

Overall I like the game. But I think the developers failed on this map. Super snow is just plain stupid. I am from Northern Ohio and have driven in snow every winter since learning to drive. Even my little Honda Civic gets through it better than the giant trucks in this game. The huge rocks all over the roads are also lazy and stupid. I understand the need for challenge in any game, but I wish they’d have put more thought into it rather than taking the lazy way out with the ridiculous snow physics, and putting rocks and trees in the way. I don’t even care to finish this map. I got all the upgrades and Warthog, so the rest isn’t worth the trouble.
Funny you should say that about the super snow because when I first encountered it, I was saying to myself wtf! my car with low profile tyres would drive through this snow quicker! 😃
Yeah I agree same here! This game is great, but this map feels like it’s trying too hard in places to be difficult but yeah it’s just a lazy way to achieve that! Exactly lol for years and years, me and my brothers would take some old knackered cars out to the country roads after it’s snowed and go messing around, and even normal fwd non off roading cars could get through some pretty deep snow 👍🏻 As for the rocks I agree they’re lazy too, if they gave us something to clear the rocks then I’d find it more fun and understand why they’re there, but yeah it’s only fun the first 1000 times you get beached on a rock before it gets old lol! I’m more looking forward to trying the new Michigan missions
i am starting to get "the idea you dont like the game, all the nagging every clip about the supersnow, destructive driving the vehiccles, i dont know man, i like your videos but man...talk about something else then the ""no challenge trolling supersnow, we know it now. For me, it cant be haed enough the missions, try ünreachable city in mudrunner, ya know what i mean then.cheers and thnx anyway for the videos
