That's how I did it, kinda cheating but this map and mission is a massive troll. I was more "I'll be glad when this mission is done with" to be honest.
I started this 3 days ago, still on with it now 😭🤣 using the P12 as a crane, which is awesome, and the cat with fuel tank for refuelling on the way and rescue. The new michigan contracts are a piece of cake compared to this and feels like the Snowrunner we all love. This map is a chore, even getting to the trailer store from the garage is tedious. Fingers crossed the next maps are back to form. Keep up the great work, must take hours and hours to bring us this content so regularly, appreciated!
Yeah lol it’s best to do this mission in stages and not drive yourself crazy getting it done ASAP lol 👍🏻! Yeah it’s hard to explain but those Michigan missions sound much better! I think this plane as cargo is awesome, but then they ruin the fun of hauling it by making it nothing but slow as heck driving and winching! I want to drive it back not drag it back lol! Yeah I hope they stop with trying to be difficult all the time and just let the maps flow! Thanks man I appreciate it 👍🏻! It’s takes a while but it’s mostly fun, even this mission, it drove me mad but it made me laugh with how much it drove me mad lol
@@itsmrlonewolf I was impatient to just get it done 🤣. Two kolobs and two trailers plus multiple support vehicles, managed to get the last 2 loads from the lake to the airport in 2 hours. I can get back to enjoying the game again now :)
@@dnt1971 I'm on this mission now. I wound up using a small truck with a loading crane lowered all the way down to where the hitch would be and drug the wings out like that. did the first one in about 15 minutes. I expect the 2nd one to go just as well
Haha thanks man I’m glad you enjoyed the vid 👍🏻! Lol I wanted to try taking a wide truck and trailer across that cliff and I knew it wouldn’t go well! Luckily I was able to do the reload the game thing and be back on the cliff for another go! Otherwise my tv may have taken flight lol 👍🏻
Haven’t finished this mission yet cause I got frustrated. But I hate how they took one of the coolest cargos(the plane) and made it so you couldn’t enjoy hauling it anywhere
Yeah exactly dude, I think it’s really cool having to recover an old crashed plane, it’s a cool cargo, but I wanted to enjoy driving it back and hauling it along but you don’t really get to, it’s just winching a long and avoiding trees! It’s a shame really
President, its like there's fluid mud under the supersnow thats not frozen its like they just threw snow on top of the devils mud and called it a day. Inching along like an earth worm. 🐺 gang 🍞 squad 🐬 club 🐟 troop 🐴 of a vehicle GOD DAMN Professional 🎩
Lol yeah I know what you mean man, it is kinda like that, which can be fun in areas, but there’s no where to just drive and haul stuff on this map, it’s all just inching along like you say 👍🏻🍞🐎🎩🐬🐺
Alfie Boy 18 yeah I don’t blame you dude I’ve been doing the same 👍🏻! No way I’m dragging that trailer back 2 more times lol! Bruce seems to be the answer 👍🏻
@@itsmrlonewolf Dude I'm looking forward to season 12 dropping and your new videos. To pass the time I'm watching some of your 'classics'. 3 years on and your videos still entertain! Watching part 2 next
Haha I think I need one after this mission 👍🏻! It’s well worth doing just to say you have, and there are “easier” routes than the one I used, but keep a rum on standby and you should be all good lol 👍🏻
To be fair the whole Imandra map is a troll. This mission I got about halfway through and thought 'bollocks to this' (especially the part when you realise you can only put one part of the plane on the trailer at a time). Super snow choke points between well travelled paths are just tedious. If you could pick up the bridge planks and pave these points, that would actually be pretty cool. Sadly they're not persistent.
Yeah it is really, I got bored of this mission around the same time when I realised it wanted me to do this 3 times lol, not a god damn chance haha! Yeah some of those planks would be a cool idea, better than cliche deep snow and trees! It could have been an awesome mission hauling a plane but they drained the fun out of it
you really deserve more subs. your helping everyone in the snow runner community so much. Im going to help others unlock the garage on imandra. around 12 people need help rn on xbox group posts. Im watching this video first
Thanks man I appreciate it and I’m glad the videos are helping 👍🏻! I can imagine there’s a lot of people struggling to open that garage, I’m sure they could use the help lol 👍🏻
You Sir, have a knack for discovering the impossible. I pride myself with being all over these maps ~ but I never once drove that cliff ....... I took three trailers with me in a convoy, Bruce was the key player with the crane on the PTS I use both Kolobs n a Derry ~ Dolphin n a Derry did the heavy haul in the release game.
3 года назад
i used tayga's and voron 4380 and the cat . piece of cake done it twice now. why would anyone want to use that asov chassis for the crane on this mission ? to irritate yourself . to each his own i guess .......................
Haha I had my eye on that cliff since I scouted the map and I wanted to risk taking a wide truck and trailer over there anyway and this seemed like a good excuse lol! I seen some other ways to go but there’s just too much snow slowing me down that I felt bored of going that way before I even set off lol! This cliff was fun to be fair 👍🏻
Your absolutely right... I was looking forward to this mission after the PTS. Did it live with a kolob COE(bad idea), p12, azov 7xxxx, and a paystar. Put the metal detector on the paystar, p12 was my crane(as usual), the azov had a fuel add-on. All the routes i scouted with my paystar sucked. The route i used in PTS twice got obstructed by rocks... Its just a fuckin bastard. Im glad to be done with Imandra. I hope to never see it again. After i got the fuselage to the airport i left that trailer at the airport. The second trip i made with my p12 and carried the wing piece with the engine on the crane...the other i had on a ramped flatbed behind my p12. Fit with room to spare but refused to pack. By the point i was just so pissed off i didnt care. Got em both to the airport and had to reload the small wing a couple times on the way... Just irritated me to no end. FFS, trailers glitchin off the edge every time... Ive caught all kinds of trailers doin that on imandra in weird spots. Had a fuel trailer doing it in some deep white mud you call super snow. OMFG...it used to mark em out with the yellow markers... Dafuq? Sigh... Even when i did it live on PC it showed the markers. Id report that... Its definitely a bug. The last wing piece, if your still looking for it, is up in the mountain in a clearing near some giant rocks. The mountain sized rocks that go up like trees.
Yeah it’s a shame but it just doesn’t feel fun! I want to haul a plane, not be stopped from hauling a plane in every mundane way possible lol! Yeah it didn’t help not marking them, that one in the mountains was hard to spot and took me a while! I got hit by a few bugs this time, I think that was one of the problems, there was too many aspects of this mission that also has bugs in its own right like the trees or the ice, so I was getting held up by stuff on top of the mission itself Thanks man I found it in the end and I’ve got it thankfully 👍🏻! I’m close to the airport now, just got to finish the last bit and it’s done lol
You can _technically_ do this mission with just 2 vehicles even. Initially I brought only Bruce with a heavy crane and the Pacific P12 with metal detector and high saddle. However, after the first trip I ended up adding the Kolob 74760 since it has a stronger engine and is _much_ better at dragging those plane parts through the twatty terrain, especially the trollish snow.
Yeah if I had another go at this mission I reckon I could get by with 2! But I didn’t even want to limit myself at first as I knew this mission was going to drive me mad lol! It’s potentially a cool mission, but there’s nowhere to enjoy hauling the plane, it’s too slow and tedious for fun to get involved lol
@@highlandcrawler The Pacific P12 can take both the metal detector and the trailer, and Bruce helped out with the pulling. And the fact that there is a route that you can take between the coast near the airport and that little homestead NE of the frozen lake that has pretty little in the way of trees certainly helped. But a good part of it is literally off-road and neither the P12 nor Bruce are exactly super-good in deep snow (one because of low ground clearance, the other because of the weak-ish engine), which is why I decided to bring in the Kolob after the first trip which despite the extra-haul still saved some time that I did not have to spend going at a snail's pace. So, yeah, doing it with just the P12 and Bruce is absolutely doable, but I would not recommend it if you value your time and nerves. ;)
3 truck challenge Ha! I did it with 2! Both are P12's. One with the metal detector/high saddle, and the other with a crane. I even restarted the contract after I got the last piece to the airport because I want to try doing it with different trucks, and every one I have tried so far have failed at one point or the other. Get yourself a P12 :) or 2.............
Haha nice man well done 👍🏻! If I did the mission again which I have absolutely no plan to lol, then yeah I reckon 2 trucks is doable, I just wanted to bring all sorts along for a go lol
Interesting activation trick the truck on the box and the trailer at the airport. I did pretty much as you in arrangement, but did not trigger the activation. ??
I pulled at least two of the plane parts out of this map to the airport on the massive trailers with a navistar and I had a wonderful time, I would however suggest unpacking the cargo for certain spots though so it will phase through the trees
Yeah I almost used the Navistar as it’s been pretty cool on this map 👍🏻! I got hit with a few glitches on this mission as well, I just wanted to haul the plane but it’s like it wanted to stop me all the time lol! But it’s all good I’m practically done now lol
@@itsmrlonewolf I think some parts of the map have been a little bit trollish or designed a little bit in a rush leading to people getting stuck but as long as you take your time it's relatively easy to do and I am glad that you have almost finished it without getting too many problems 🙂👍 keep up the good work mate
I never took that cliff again after the 1st attempt, went along the beach from the broken bridge and up the narrow hill instead. I used the DAN for the trailer, azov 64131 as a crane and the freightliner 114sd as the metal detector. Nailed it.
Lol I’ve not been too bad but yeah this mission is just tedious and boring! It’s such a cool cargo to transport, and then they’ve ruined the fun of it by putting stupid obstacles every 5 yards that require either holding the throttle down or winching, both of which aren’t challenging or fun
Love the vids, Mr. LW! I agree you with you 100%! Why the goddamn tree? Why the telephone poles? Why the f'n slush molasses? "Visit here, visit there..", "Now go back to where you were across the map".. for what? To increase 'gameplay' and burn fuel😂 Honestly, in the true sense of the word, this map is sadistic. Devs had a good laugh putting this together I bet. The game is challenging and hard at times (and I like that), but these mind-numbing slogs and fucking spawn boulders that pick your truck off the ground, spin it around, then flip it on its side get to be too much. Nevermind the glitches lol.. good times. great game but, there's challenging and then there's ball-ache by design, and my cullions pang on this map 😄
it's a matter of what people likes, i've seen countless of people asking for more and harder special missions. I don't mind in general as long as there is some amount of freedom.
Yeah I get that they can never win really as there’s always something we’ll find lol! But yeah it just felt very restrictive and slow for the sakes of slow, but it could have been so much more fun hauling a plane and driving it along, but it felt like I got to do little of that, vs just getting stuck on trees and crawling through snow! Hopefully the other missions feel easy now lol
thing i dont like much is with terrain is when you get stuck, your wheels dont dig you down if you keep spinning. like say mud, your wheels will go to like a quarter in the ground then you cant sink yourself down anymore
Yeah it doesn’t feel like there’s much fight in the trucks to get through, the wheels should be a bit more grippy than they are, big chunky muds wouldn’t just wheelspin like that in snow, they’d be scooping it out the way lol
What I did was dragged The parts to a more open area then loaded them on the kolob. I did the main plane part the way you did. I unpacked it when it was getting stuck in trees worked great.
Yeah that’s what I’ve been doing and it seems like the best option 👍🏻 at least it can be unpacked and make it through, I got stuck on a tree and then it glitched and went mad and catapulted my plane further down the road lol
It’s Mr Lone Wolf can’t wait for the video. I’ve completed everything in Kola Peninsula exept for 4 contracts. They are fairly small ones. I’ve really gotten used to imandra. Basically just leave lo4fs and stuff everywhere.
I saw a mod (I use ps4 so no mods for us yet) but it was Canada. And it didn't look too difficult, actually really refreshing. Just amazing visuals, nice trails and nothing frustrating Which I feel like what snowrunner is all about. Take it easy, your vids are awesome and your rants always bring smiles.
Yeah that sounds more like it dude, I want a bit more freedom to roam around and enjoy the map and terrain, not suffer through it lol! Thanks though dude I appreciate it, I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos 👍🏻! I had to have a good moan about this mission lol, still part 2 to go
I'm dreading it myself. Admittedly i felt the same way going through Michigan a few times. Especially going from Smithville dam to the next location. Ya either got mountains or swamp. I might try something insane and give the Dan a high saddle and see if it can do this mission when the time comes. Might be slow, but it just might do it. Though if its as long as the Kolob it'd be counter productive.
Pretty much the same thoughts on this mission I had. A chainsaw would be an absolutely brilliant addition, along with a snow plow and a dump truck that could fill in the really muddy pits with earth, adds gameplay and makes driving easier. I ended up using 5 trucks on this one: Tayga Dolphin and John with wide flatbeds, Steptoe for the metal detector (that truck is surprisingly good for Imandra) and of course Bruce for the crane because Bruce. I guess technically 6 because there was a Lo4F with a fuel carrier and roof rack halfway between the lake and the airport on the beach.
Yeah it was just too slow and tedious, I just wanted to have fun hauling a plane but it’s like they don’t want that to happen, in fact they do more to stop you hauling a plane lol! That sounds like a good choice of trucks, always got to have a loaf near by lol 👍🏻
@@itsmrlonewolf I know you didn’t have access to this truck but I used the 605r and went around the coastline. It was slow but at least I didn’t fall of a cliff repeatedly.
This was extremely annoying, the wing with engine was extremely sensitive on how it was to be positioned on the trailer. It doesn't help that after the 8.0 update it broke co-op play and at least on xbox you can't play multiplayer.
@@itsmrlonewolf yea I used the p12 because it was narrow and could use the metal detector while having the high saddle so I had little problem with that. But whenever we turn in on part or if we took too long the game would crash and we'd end up driving all the way back as well as parts got glitched and flew away.
Physics, the add on extra fuel on the roof is not too good. However using the fuel up in the vehicle raises the centre of gravity of the truck untill the vehicle becomes more unstable. Regular replacement of fuel to vehicle tank from roof maintains stability! The deep snow is what is called a drift. Caused by the wind depositing snow into low wind velocity areas of the terrain. Usually needs blower or excavater to remove or try high speed and back up and try again as the railways do with wedge plows. How long does the terrain need to heel, that is the tyre tracks, rocks, broken trees go back to original. Reset, save, or a time period?
I you fail the drop the trailer where you can’t get it out you can restart the contract and get the trailer Also p12 is like p16 with more fuel, all wheel drive, chain tires, and more add on’s
Yeah that’s true I didn’t think of that, thanks for the info dude 👍🏻! Yeah I’ve heard a few people that have used the P12, I found that truck struggles with heavy loads but it seems a good choice for it’s big wheels and add ons and stuff
Never did experience a "stage completed" scenario like what you described with the Lo4f. I did use up to five trucks for this mission, though. One of the toughest ones that I've done so far. The trucks I used were as follows: Azov 64131 with a large crane Bruce with standard flatbed and small loading crane Tatra T813 with high saddle to haul wide trailer and plane parts Royal BM17 with metal detector add-on Voron Grad with fuel tank add-on I ended up driving the Tatra with the wide trailer back to the airport unloaded and parked it by the cargo management marker. It was a lot easier than slogging through the forest and getting the trailer or the items stuck on trees. After finding the items with the Royal's metal detector, I used the 64131's large crane to carry the items toward the main road where Bruce was waiting. I then loaded the items (one at a time) onto Bruce's flatbed and winched onto them with the small crane while driving back to the airport. Bruce exceeded my expectations with this mission as the truck never seemed to struggle even when plowing through mud or snow especially when under load. The Tatra did well for what it was worth too. It was then that I transferred each item onto the Tatra's wide trailer and then delivered the items that way. Most of my route consisted of cutting through the open snowy field over the murky forest (for space concerns with the trailer) and cutting through the rock filled beach where my Grad was waiting for refueling purposes. Overall a very involved mission that I'm glad is behind me now.
Are used to Derry longhorn 3194 for The fuselage and it was a beast.I also use the Derry longhorn 4520 for the wings and a beast it was(Also a Bruce) Edit:wtf happen to that Tree 7:50 Edit 2:This mission was easy for me Sorry about your experience though,Also Didn’t completed the mission,I actually started it so I didn’t actually complete it because of the stupid take the trailer to the lake thing first
Lol it’s cool man this mission was driving me mad but it’s all good, I’m just about done with it now although I’m just carrying the stuff back with a crane! Haha I’m not sure, I forgot to mention it but I think i made it go to another dimension lol 👍🏻
To be honest for the fun lol, I’m using the beach on the way back but yeah I wanted something that wasn’t just going half a mile an hour through slow snow and holding the throttle down lol 👍🏻
Good job on the videos keep them coming! Are you from Manchester area? Listening to you reminds me of Ricky gervais and Carl pilkington for some reason.
Drive the fuselage to the airport using the huge Kolob. Park it there and use the ten wheeled Azov with crane and sideboard bed to pick up the remaining parts. Use the crane to pin the wings to the bed. Load the wings onto the trailer parked at the airport. The part with wing and engine clips right thru the trees, so no danger of getting caught. This saved me alot of frustration.
I started this mission yesterday, and stayed like 4h doing it (best case scenario from what the comments say)! I got the old school cool tayga pulling the massive trailer, the voron ae with the metal detector and a fuel trailer after, and the azov 73210 with the heavy crane on it. I did the wing with the engine on first on the platform, was a pain to navigate the trees and tight turns. the other wing was again packed on the trailer, but at that point I had the fuselage on the heavy crane attacked , and was driving the heavy crane and the tayga with the heavy trailer with the wing like 500-1000m in tandem, so I could floor the tayga with little regards to "flipping" or getting "stuck"! the last 2 contracts I had left for imandra were logging missions! I never felt this happy to see a tree on my rig, and not care about it binding to other trees in the world and halting progress!
Yeah, I used by Azov to carry / drag the other two pieces back. Especially since I bought another wide trailer over from the trailer store and it wouldn't work, the plane bits wouldn't load on it. So you have to drive that airport one back and forward 3 times, nah, hell with that.
Yeah I dont blame you dude 👍🏻! Man that sucks, I bet that was annoying to find out lol, thankfully I just took the trailer at the airport! Exactly I’m not doing this 3 times lol. I think that’s part of what took my enjoyment out the mission, knowing that getting there and back with the plane is only 1 third of the mission! Double fuck that lol I’m dragging them back with Bruce too 👍🏻
Hey man, sounds like maybe you're getting a bit of Snowrunner fatigue? Maybe you should take a few days off of it or something, play a different game for a couple days or take a few days off of RU-vid uploads. I'd watch either way man, keep up the content!
Yeah it could be that dude 👍🏻! I don’t seem to have as much time for fun on this map as it’s all used up crawling through the map very slowly lol! I may try another game to chill out on, I quite like messing around on GTA 5 but I’ll see, once this mission is done then the normal missions might feel better lol 👍🏻! Thanks dude I appreciate it!
This mission was a pain. Both getting the flatbed to the lake and then back. I don't recommend to take the beach route back to the airport, the rocks will get you stuck over and over.
The beach route is the easiest route though. You just have to meander and pick the best path through the rocks. This is a good place to have another truck on standby to winch yourself off a rock.
Yeah it’s a bit of a ball ache either way lol! I’ve ended up using the beach myself, there are some rocks in the way but I’ve mostly managed to avoid them, and I can’t really see another way that hasn’t got super snow or trees in the way lol!
@@chunk_tuna I did have a second truck with me that's why I managed to finish the mission but the rocks in combination with the mud will make it a lot harder.
31:48 happens to me every time I drive a tatarin on those ice pieces. I used the Dan on this mission as my crane, and have used it on the last couple missions on imandra and have found it’s a pretty good truck on imandra. I had been kind of ignoring it because that chin kept on getting stuck but the chin seems to work in its favor on this map. That chin clears our boulders and ice sheets although it still bottoms out in dips.
I'm not sure I could explain how, but I bet the Tatarin could rescue that KOLOB and trailer from the canyon. I mean I used it to rescue the P16 and trailer, and I was in a worse spot then you was in. I was in surrounded bunch of tree's when my P16 and trailer fell off the cliff. Your further along then I was, past the tree's and into the "open". So yea, I definitely think a Tatarin could of gotten you out of there.
Yeah I reckon it could in the end, it would have a better chance than most, but it would still be a giant pain in the ass and take ages lol! To be fair I didn’t need to go the cliff route but I said when I scouted it that I wanted to take a bigger truck and trailer across and this seemed like my chance lol 👍🏻
I must agree with you 100%, I have been playing this game steadily for months since it came out and don't get me wrong I love the challenges like when you dump a load and have to get a crane truck to reload it or finding better roads and shortcuts. This map in my opinion is not so much challenging as it is the developers fetish with rocks, boulders and trees that don't break but will bend like a rubber band, its tedious and frustrating without being productive. Other than this map I loved the game.
This mission wasn't so bad after I figured out the best route, which isn't the way you went along that cliff. On my first attempt one of the big trailers got a tree jammed through it within sight of the airport, and then the second with the fuselage got stuck in a different forest, so I had to do a reset. On reset I took two parts back on the flatbeds, and the wing+englne I just carried back with the Dan+ crane, putting it on a flatbed only once I got to the airport. Payout wasn't even that great for the time it took and the number of FFS moments with loads getting hooked on trees. In previous maps we've been allowed to build bridges as missions, and remove rockfalls and fallen pipes. On this one even a simple tree across the road becomes a major obstacle for some vehicles, or massive boulders sitting in the road which we ought to be able to remove. The map would be less frustrating if we could clear those obstacles as missions prior to the harder missions. I've now done all the missions on this map and the new American missions, so it's just cleaning up the lost trailers and some rallying for me now.
Yeah I got caught out by some trees too that were glitching into my trailer, that’s one of the problems, like if you want to block the way with trees, at least sort your god damn trees out lol, and the ice around the lake flipped me a few times! It was just things like that that kept draining the fun out of the mission, getting caught on a tree sucks! Exactly I wish we could sort some roads and access routes out, we can’t even build any of those main bridges! Enjoy your rallying dude, I can’t wait to get back to that lol 👍🏻
Yeah it’s just the wrong kind of “difficult”! Well it’s not difficult so much as just purposefully slow! There are some cool parts of the map, but it’s trying too hard and missing the point of fun 👍🏻
It’s Mr Lone Wolf Amen I play this game to have fun and relax and this map did nothing but frustrate me.... I really hope the next phase in Canada brings it back for me
So far i regret buying that season pass. I don't want to be trolled by devs. It's like they are angry with us... Just trow 1 mi rocks everywhere and "is it hard now for you?"
I don’t regret getting the season pass but I still get what you mean, they’re trying to make it more stressful than fun, they need more of a faster paced map that can have plenty of challenging terrain and stuff, just not boring and awkward as much 👍🏻
Yeah exactly they need some kind of snow plough shovel thing to clear the way if we want to so we can get some actual driving done once the prep work is done 👍🏻
The nonsense of the tasks and the ridiculousness of the tougher mud/snow is actually what got me at looking at the mod menu. I've done similar types of jobs as in Snowrunner for over 17yrs, and the sheer nonsense of the mid-to-later maps is so unholy unrealistic, it's plain stupid...it's not even fun anymore!
One thing I forgot to say but I just was thinking about. Why can't we fix the bridges, I mean it could take me supplies to do so but at least we would fix them. Not to mention we can fix some but not the bigger ones.
This was one hell of a mission. For sure feels like a boss level. I've done it a few different ways now and all are pretty time consuming. For anyone who cares I'll share the fastest way. Carry the big trailer down where they want. Load the small wing on there. The no motor one. Haul if back to the airport and leave the truck and trailer there. Return back to the river with a crane and haul the other 2 back on cranes taking the shorter path back.
You... aren't actually taking that plane back around the cliff edge are you? You had a F-750, you should done some scouting. There is a easier way then the way you are going.
No I’m not driving the cliff way back lol! I’ve already scouted the area and there is other ways but they’re all basically the same, loads of super snow slow patches, and immovable trees, that’s not really what I find fun, that’s why I took the trailer along the cliff route, because going the longer route doesn’t really offer much challenge, it just feels more slow and boring for the sakes of it
@@itsmrlonewolf I found the snow meadow just up past the cabins wasn't to bad to get though. I then cut into a fairly wide open trail and made my way down onto the lake. I then followed the lake back to near the airport, cut up onto the highway and made my way to the airport from there. Honestly the snow on back of the airport is worse then the freaking meadow in the middle of the woods.
This mission is a piss off. The plane parts are not being highlighted for me. I am on my 3rd mission restart and still nothing yet. I am taking a personal day from snowrunner lol
Yeah it’s a bit of a trollish mission! Have you taken the metal detector there dude? They only showed up for me on the map in white, so we’re harder to see but luckily they showed up, I hope you get it figured out though man 👍🏻
I used kolob with trailer for fuselage then I used bruse with big crane I put small wing on roof then wing with engine on roof as well held both down with crane and winch and went on my marry way
I love your rant. Lots of LoLs. On a serious note. Go back and look at The condition of the roads in All Of the Early maps. They are all unrealistic and have gimmicks to mess with you once you give it a more critical look. Still love the game. But no roads would be left like that. I prefer to look at things as you’re a post apocalypse survivor just going on as if nothing has happened as a coping strategy.
Idk about yall but I love imadra. When I was setting up the garage I purposefully made it longer by bringing 2 p12s with the support thingys on them, a warthog, cat 7something 2 winch out vehicles, royal with a crane (bad idea) and a twinsteer (horrible idea). Later brought an azov with a trailer. So I got so excited when my friend told me I could winch a bomber outa a lake and carry it back on some crazy terrain. PS love the videos
Yeah it felt very tedious, I really like the idea of having a plane as cargo, I just wanted to have more time hauling the plane and driving it back instead of crawling it back and spending more time dodging trees lol
after watching the video i decided not to make this mission. I already hate this map becouse of the infinite amount of difficulties. Like even when you are on the main road, there is something that can make you go back to the garage in every 200m. Or stuck and needing an other vehicle. Logging was a nightmare.
Yea imandra map is so irritating. So much damn rocks that get stuck under your differentials. And super deep snow or mud that. Driving around the first time was fun but now it’s just so damn irritating. Especially the damn rocks. They should’ve just called the map Rocks. Damn Yukon better not have stupid ass rocks like this map. That’s another stupid thing about the snow area of this game. So many trees but none of them are good winch points. But then there’s immovable trees that you can’t reach with the winch with.
Ya theres too many trees im sick of sticking to the paths i want to go bush whacking and er hell like mudrunner you could pick soo many different ways and they did change the snow mechanics from the two new maps because Alaska its more realistic. Shit im from Canada i know how snow acts. This shit is soo unrealistic its not funny. Or how the smallest rock will flip the truck its fucking stupid i dont know how a rock the size of my head will flip a 10 ton truck. Or how the small rocks damage the suspension on a off road truck which would have off road suspension like bloody hell its just alot of little stupid shit they could change that would make this a great game. One thing im still pissed at is not having mods still. Im only mad because the only reason i bought it is because it said theres mods for ps4 then buy it and they say "we are working on mods for console" well they said that ecact same line on mudrunner. And if it dose happen the game will be over by the time it comes out
Yeah it’s not really the right kind of difficult though, winching forward or squeezing the trigger for minutes as you crawl through a patch of snow isn’t hard or challenging, it’s just repetitive, there’s a lot of ways they could have made this more challenging besides snow and trees
