Every time I watch this type of video especially with the pipes the number one worry is not having people to teach the craft too. I would love to start a program that goes into prisons and youth detention centers to find candidates to match with all these older master of all these crafts and teach them. I’d guarantee the majority would find new paths in life with a newfound skill and respectable artistry. It truly is heart breaking to think of all the things we have forgotten or will forget due to todays youth not showing any interest. People in prisons and drug rehab programs have nothing but time and a desire to do something meaningful that they can feel proud of… I will meditate on it. Much Love All 🙏🏼

Some prisons are doing this, there's a program in Cook county prison (in Chicago, where over half of the jail population has never being found guilty, it takes that long to wait for trial) to train prisoners as chefs. Because even if they do end up convicted, while many shops and restaurants won't higher convicts for the front of house, but they will for the back.

This is an amazing video and I enjoyed every bit of it. It's another time of the year. One need to set goals and take bold steps in achieving them. Remember success are not obtained overnight. Well, from my own point of view, you need to invest smartly if you need the good things of life. So far I've made over $325k since September last year in raw profits from just q4 of the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it if you have the right strategy, mutual funds takes long time but investing smartly is the key to short term. Most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest in the market to the cost of proper diversification.
@georgewilliam9978
@georgewilliam9978 Год назад
@amandalaura8472 My portfolio is very much diversified so it's not like I have a particular fund I invest in, plus I don't do that but myself. I follow the trades of Karen Gaye Gray. She is a popular broker you might have heard of. I can correctly say she's worth her salt as a financial adviser as her diversification skills are top notch, I'm saying because I see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 10 to 15% on a monthly basis, unlike I can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along, my portfolio just mirrors what she trades and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.

It is disrespectful that at the end of a master's life when they can barely work any more the younger master's get more respect and make more money. When they should be on a pension and on daily pain relief. But they are judged and paid based on their profit margins based on what there skills and abilities are worked out to be worth against the youthful competition. If they dropped their standards they would be out of a job. None of you notice this because you are young and you have never done one single job for your entire life.
