Si bien Axel era “La voz” de GNR, este tema solo podia cantarlo Duff. Tiene una voz particular, joven, fresca y muy sensual. Ideal para interpretar su propio tema. Escuche la version de Axel y le cuesta mucho bajarle la intensidad a su voz y dulcificarla para poder interpretar esta canción . Lastima que no tuviera mas protagonismo Duff como cantante en la banda. Hacia coro pero se perdía su voz en la tormenta de la de Axel. Una pena.
@Appetite4Rose , dude, Duff sang this song himself on Use Your Illusion II with only a help of Axl's over the chorus lines... Duff's got punky, cool voice... he never pretended he's a great singer... he sings what he likes and what he's able to sing and doesn't need more than this

The rythm in this song is falling to pieces. It starts slow already, but then it seems to be getting slower each time. You've got to blame the drummer probably.

No, it wasn't a Slash-solo, and yes, the song functioned better with GNR during the UYI-period, but this wasn't a bad solo, and there was lots of soul in it, instead of raw technique-displaying. The song was also good in general with Loaded, but I miss another person on vocals (but maybe it's better like this if it's not Axl's voice, I don't know). The fella's at today's GNR on the other hand, they just completely lack emotions and soul in their guitar playing.
