Le majors is a 70s icon and acting legend we all love him as the six million dollar man & still today people still know the series still know lee amazing!!!
Hmmmm. Lee was "discovered" by Rock Hudson while in college. He brought him to LA. Wonder why? And why Lee skipped over it. Not hatimg on him cause a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do!!!
This was uncomfortable to watch and you could tell that Lee Majors felt the same way. The audience looks like a bunch of paid zombies to laugh and clap on cue.
Aren't interviews supposed to focus on the actor being interviewed ??? It's not like Lee does a lot of t.v. interviews to begin with, so to waste his time - rather than do a proper interview - was just terrible. Please tell me, someone, that Lee never did this show again. Hope he fired his publicist after this ridiculous waste of his time!
It was not about the interview or interviewee, this was a groundbreaking effort in !!1999 or 2000!!! to have an openly gay entertainer host his own show and provide a voice and content for that community and their icons. Majors was (is) a good sport to honor that. A better and more tolerant person than me at that point in time, frankly.
@@badgrfan1256 I agree. There was about six minutes wasted where he could have been asking questions to Lee. So disappointing. I'd rather heard more from Lee.
This show was an adult-oriented late night show, with Graham Norton dishing out many sexual innuendos and stories. It was designed by channel 4 to be provocative, edgy and risqué, the internet fetish prank was a regular segment and the guests knew that. They were personally invited rather than arranged by their agents. No guests were here to promote their projects or get interview. It was nothing like the Graham Norton Show today which is a family-oriented regular celebrity talk show toned down by BBC, if that's what you're looking for.
Lee Majors is so full of crap here. On The Big Valley, Lee was the only cast member Barbara couldn't stand because he was always treating both cast and crew horribly. I met him at a party in 1979 and he was one of the biggest jerks I have ever met. He does not have a rep for being a nice guy. I laughed at him when he did the movie High Noon Return... He was wearing the same costume he wore as Heath Barkley. And he couldn't come close to Gary Cooper. I guess you all have figured out that I don't like the guy very well...
