thank you for talking about anxiety & the way caffeine makes you feel! I’ve been struggling so much with this & noticed a caffeinated tea I was drinking often would heighten my anxiety. I stopped drinking it & still would have a few breakdowns but it’s been smaller episodes that are easier to come back from. But thanks again for sharing, it feels comforting to know I’m not alone!

So pleased Alisha has opened up about the effect that caffeine has on anxiety - I have found this from personal experience! Like she stated pre-work out and two lots of caffeine is too-much for blood stream. There is nothing worse limited myself to two cups and helped to limit the amount I overthink a situation - yet helps me stay awake alongside plenty of water. X

OK THIS MADE ME LAUGH SO MUCH SO at the start of this year I had extremely severe anxiety and I also cut out caffeine cold turkey I went from drinking coffee everyday to none what so ever I do drink decaf but I have been 6 months no caffeine! definitely helps with anxiety!
