Protip; mixing your sugar with the egg yolks/cream will better dissolve the granules giving your pancakes a better texture. Fold in your beaten egg whites as well! And to get an even color when you fry, use something with a higher smoke point (you can use butter AND oil, make sure to blot out the excess with a napkin). I think this video was filmed great and the food looks super appetizing!! Good work, Aki!!

When you incorporate your whipped egg whites into the rest of the batter, use a rubber spatula and gently fold the whites and batter together. When you stir them in with the whisk as you did you break the air bubbles in the whites and that deflates the batter making for a denser pancake. If you gently fold them in, the pancakes will be lighter and fluffier.

I guess my only critique (loved the video!) would be to slowly mix the sugar into your egg whites to form soft peaks and to fold the egg whites into your pancake batter. It will make them fluffier! You did great 😍
