Lol yeah RU-vid openly admits you can pay money to promote videos and increase growth. Facebook does the same thing with the "boost post" feature. The only annoying thing is that they don't just flat out admit they suppress videos that don't pay up.....I guess they know how bad that sounds (pay to play). Even dating apps like tinder are pay to play but don't even get me started on that

Yes of course YT won't admit it, they had to work so hard to suppress all of us tin-foil clad individuals when on the attack against the wicked witch of the East. Regardless though, despite all their bs, you've clearly done well for yourself, and continue to. I don't know about tinder- I hate dating sites. Honestly, in my experience prayer gets me pretty far in terms of presenting the right people in my life. Can't speak for anyone else, but perhaps it works for others as well. Yeah man, you're giving me business ideas for my future project. Solid, solid, solid... Keep up the good work. Also good music choices. The piano music towards the end is very nice...

I've thought about it but never ran detailed cost comparisons. One issue to consider is that I had to make the house higher elevation than the land because it needed to be higher than the septic system. And in my area pretty much all septic systems are installed above ground (aka mound), so in order for wastewater in the house to flow naturally from house down into septic, the house would have to be higher elevation than septic. Slab on ground wouldn't work unless a ton of extra rock was brought in to form a large elevated mound for the house itself - and a slab on grade - to sit on.

Hey Steve, the water table test was done by the department of health as part of their septic system permit package. The septic system permit cost $500 and included water table test, soil type test, nail-in-tree septic system elevation benchmark, to scale hand-drawing of where the septic system should be placed, etc. There was no flood zone test that I'm aware of as the flood zone of my property was already determined by online records (there's a website with this information).
