The nearest city is more like a town. It's called Clewiston. I'm about 20 minute drive away. Works for me.

In case the home sinks a bit over time, do you need to put in a fudge factor so that it will still be high enough to drain into the septic system? Sorry if this was addressed already. I'm new here/a new subscriber.

The home will likely be far higher than the septic system bare minimum elevation so I think it'll be fine in that regards. And don't hesitate to ask questions I enjoy them.
