@@therealjaystone2344 not really, all used games on ebay are more expensive than in stores. At least that's been the case everytime I've compared prices. Talking about used games only.
Some local retro game shops have also branched down into selling DVDs and blu-rays the one near me is also getting into vinyl records and CDs look at the mom-and-pop retro shops and the thrift shops
There were tons of mom and pop shops here over the past few years, they took hold when ebgames were shutting down. Some even appeared in the same locations of a closed ebgames. Fast forward a few years and all those mom and pop shops are closed. Lots of comic shops have appeared since. In my local retailer that carry games has only had garbage old Xbox and ps games, their switch cabinet has only had systems and ringfit, games spot empty. After 5 months like this, I finally asked when will they be getting switch games again. Was told they had tons but they keep the cabinet empty because people keep breaking into the locked cabinet and steal the games. Now you simply need to know the exact title, ask someone to go get it from a locked room. I saw they had about 200 switch games in the locked room.
On the weightloss subject, I dropped 80 lbs in the last year just doing a low sugar, low carb keto diet. High protein with some green veggies and less than 40 gram of carbs per day so you make sure your body is in ketosis (fat burn mode). Just curious to know what retailers are going to fill all that empty spaces with and how they’re recouping the loss revenue of physical media as I’m sure it’s been a substantial comp item over the decades
You said all these companies are having trouble staying open and then a minute or two later are like I need to hide where i'm at so they don't get popular lol.
Target is not the place to shop for physical media anymore unless doing it online. Almost all movies and games are gone inside the stores and for some reason books replaced a good bit of their space. I don't never see anyone buying these books or looking at them when shopping in Target so not sure why it replaced the movie/game space in-store?
