that Tindangle video (if I actually do it) will be postponed... till after the most recent card leaks are handled... these are videos I INTEND on making videos on.. Artifact Mjolnir Electronic Transimulation Wattkinesis Critical Timing (this one is debatable) Dark Magician the Dragon Knight Chimeratech Megafleet Dragon and others... (if i forgot any) not in any particular order...
This is why I like your videos man. It's straight to the point with no extra bullshit and unlike other yugitubers you don't stretch every video to ten minute so each second of your video is quality content. Keep it up Drew!
World Legacy is granting us some good stuff. Chalice is draw and searched based, Crawlers are flips, and Jack Knight is column negation. There are supposed to be seven World Legacies but we've only seen Chalice and Armor, which makes me think Jack Knight is going to get one, then we'll get four more archetypes.
When I made this comment, Shield hadn't been revealed yet. Looks good for certain plays and will likely see play with the Jack Knights, but I doubt a World Legacy deck would run more than one.
Jared Thompson I'm wondering if there will just be a World Legacy deck using just these World Legacy card later on due to an extremely broken card coming out later on that requires all these other one XD. Like maybe something like World Legacy - World Exodia XD
I know I've said previously I wasn't gonna buy real Yu-Gi-Oh cards anymore, but *goddamn* I'm incredibly tempted to drop those previous statements and buy these when they're released. _Yes, that's how good they are._
So if you draw the field spell and grass in a 60card jack knight deck. You can make your opponent have 0 cards in extra deck and the only card in their hand would be the one they draw, until you play drop off, anyone even play that card?
Scorprock102 thats if they dont have ash blossom to negate grass, but a better way if to abuse transmodify/downgrade,the deck works better turn two rn though bc how they summon themselves.
I actually like these guys, I think they use the column mechanic in a much more interesting way than Magical Musketeers and, depending on what else comes out, I honestly think I might play them. So far almost all of the Vrains archetypes look interesting to me which is cool, but annoying since I gotta figureo ut which I want to play xD Rokkets, Crawlers, Jack Knights and Altergeists all look really cool.
Expecting to see a Jack Knight mill deck specifically to get the field spell effect off turn one in the near future. Expecting the field spell to be banned shortly afterwards. Love the archetype though!
If Blue Sky in addition searched cards with "Jack Knight" in the text this archetype would be more balanced and consistent. As it stands there is no way to search World Legacy cards that support the archetype other than Morning Star which has a ridiculous clause of being not only once per turn when linked summon but you also needed the discard cost. Yes the discard cost does help setup your GY but so does Link summoning.
Hey the field spell actually isn't some rota that will result in a instant loss if I don't have the Twin Twister, Mst, or Cosmic cyclone on hand; cool.
I was thinking about trying these with invoked, for those mechabas. Gets a quick monster in the extra deck zone for played with the lvl8 and the others, with the spell book ok knowledge for a draw engine.
I think Brain Hazard would be an okay card in Jack Knights. Brain Hazard let's you Special Summon a banished Psychic type monster (in any position you please). You can set the card in one column, but you can Special Summon the monster in a completely different column to force set ups. That's just a meager idea I had was all.
All they need is another level 5 and then it will be pretty good for xyz, the level 5 might have a, get banish back to grave or hand effect, which would be similar to its twin blue guy on the how many cards the opponent has in the same column then it would probably be a playable deck *prays to god for no hits*
I am thinking that Konami might release the Hoshiningen "Link Retrain" to accompany this archetype (or in the set right after), but something tells me they are going to do the same with all MRD-era Attribute-boosters (Star Boy, Little Chimera, Bladefly, etc.). In addition, I think Komoney is going to tease Witch's Apprentice's Link last (partly because there are so many good DARK-attribute archetypes). *What did you say?*
I think the Anime will use Jack Knights for a Knight of Hanoi (maybe Revolver if he uses multiple decks like Sawatari) given how the Link Monster is a Cyberse while everything else is Psychic meaning if it do come in the anime, it will probably come in a Data Storm. It's clear that Yusaku is sticking with Cyberse so I it's gonna be someone else who has Storm Access.
I've actually been playing these Jack Knights on PRO. Very fun deck, very brutal. Not super consistent. But for what it is and the stuff coming out for it. It wins probably 8/10 duels I use them in. Jack Knight of the Azure Blue is great. You have the two traps and the spell that negates effects in the same column as a Jack Knight and Azure Blue can move himself or another Jack Knight you control into a column where an effect is activating and negate it. It's done very, very well against ABC, Draco's, SPYRALS. It is a pretty solid archetype.
Playing Jack Knights, then you just so happen to have a single Banisher of the Radiance in hand while you have the Field Spell and 6 different Jack Knights in the Grave....
driftnick Metalfoes and World Chalice my dude. Plus Ghost Ogre and Snow Rabbit and probably a bunch of other stuff I can't think of off the top of my head
So Crawlers and Jack nights both have 6 monsters in main deck, Both have a field, and both archetypes have a "GG" condition, kind of. I wonder if the Last archetype will compete the trend so far... While Crawlers are a swarming type of deck that focus on offense, Jack Knights seem to be anti swarming, punishing the opponent for filling their board and having built in negation effects is pretty strong as well. The odd thing is that they havent revealed the World Legacy associated with these guys yet... I wonder why? I prefer Crawlers myself, but I'll be keeping an eye on this deck in the future...
colems? arnt we getting more ojama traps? is the set up not their? premature return? we banish phykicks, so, you can cycle phycics...... ghost ogre...... she a cute psykik... laval golems.... kaiju's......... CASTLE LINK grinder golem(?) blind obliteration............ do you want me to fly over to japan, bring these mnsters home, and beat the meta,,,,, with jacks knights?
Wait what? Jack knights have Jack Knight of the Azure Blue, and World Legacy Scars states that it needs all 8 Jack Knights for it's last affect... if they are not bringing over Azure Blue (One of the most useful cards in the archetype because it can MOVE a jack knight to any other column on your side of the field once per turn allowing you to summon another Jack Knight allowing you to summon Jack Knight of the world scar easier) I'm gonna be sad. (But if it does only require the six main main deck monsters if they are not bringing Azure Blue over it'm slightly ok with that because... easier to do that effect quicker.)
That moment when you realize that if ddd gets decent support, jack Knight's biggest strength is gonna be there weakness if a matchup we're to occur. Just saying
Oh boy don't tell me it's gonna be one of those weird archetypes that get lumped together with another archetype for the sake of "Lore" cause as it stands world legacy has only two cards. One goes to world chalice and the other technically goes to crawlers. I see another monster that might not be lee in that trap card but who knows?
Wait you forgot about magical android, which gives you 600 life for every psychic type monster on the field including itself during the endphase of your turn
blanahaha That plus the fact that they want to be in a column with multiple cards (something you want to be able to control at least half of) leads me to believe that this deck wants to be heavy on backrow. This is definitely more of a control archetype and if it sees any actual play we might see it with Demise as a staple.
First Last That card doesn't do jack shit in a pure build considering it only working with level 3 or lower psychics while the archetype ranges from 5-8
I want to play this just for the sake of saying "fuck you" to my opponent and sending that extra deck to the graveyard but realistically the chances of that ever actually happening in play is too slim to justify trying to get the cards in the first place.
