The little glass cup wasn’t a penny lick, but an illusion glass. Toast Masters used them at banquets etc when they were called upon to raise a glass to make many various toasts.If they used a regular glass,they could get sozzled very quickly,so these glasses appeared to be full and no one was any the wiser.!! The small milk glass jars would make beautiful pin cushions. I use tea cups, it's a great craft project. Sells well at craft markets.

Dear Mike, just read that you have cancer. I have non Hodgkin lymphoma. .was in remission for six years and then it reared its ugly head again,. I’m doing maintenance series of chemo every eight weeks for two years. Keep the faith ,and I have you in my prayers
