I wanna hang out with you guys. What fun yall have catching those nice crabs 🦀 and the buffet food looked yummy. Thanks for sharing Sam and Joyce yall are just so precious 😘
Nice to treat yourselves to a great seafood buffet! Glad to see you enjoying life! Joyce you deserved a day off from the kitchen. Sam's always a good provider catching blue crabs.
You guys are the best couple on RU-vid . Make me hungry every time she cooks and now that all you can eat athon heaven. Stay healthy and happy life's better when you enjoy it.
Great video, I would've been curled up sleeping under the table after that big meal, it looked great. Not missing much here, shrimp should be showing up soon in the saltwater.
Hi Sam & Joyce, I see you guys are at it again, having fun doing your thing. I wish you'd share with us how many you caught. I don't care if the wind blows, I just want to see you having a good time!! GOD bless you & thanks for taking me along.❣🌴
Maria, I don't know why we didn't mention how many we caught that day we usually do, probably because we didn't want to miss dinner and forgot lol. We have to do something about the wind noise. Thanks a lot for Watching our videos
@@TheOldCoupleOutdoors So, I'm not sure what you are filming you videos with. Most people use whats called a "wind muff" or "dead cat". It's usually a fuzzy external device that cuts down on the wind reaching the microphone. It does make filming a little different but it definitely cuts down on the exact wind noise you hear in this video.
You guys are so awesome. Love every video you put out. I love saltwater and seafood. Grew up in SC PA, and we went to Maryland quite often to crab. Love those blue crabs. I now live in the Upper Midwest, so I have to settle for freshwater fish mostly. Hoping to make my way down there as I approach retirement to enjoy all of the tasty fish and shellfish in the Gulf. Take care and God Bless you both.
Wow that wind was blowing. Was definitely hard to here you at times. Peggy and I both love a good buffet. You all had a good spread of food on your table. Well safe travels. Hope you had fun over there. Tight lines........
Ed, We can't seem to get away from the wind, that's why we can't get offshore. The buffet was very good, everything is always fresh there. Nice hearing from you
New sub here. Love to watch your videos. I have learned so much watching you guys get crabs and then watch how you prepare them. I live in Corpus Christi TX and will try my luck crabbing. I will say that your ability with a cast net is top shelf! I throw a small cast net but you are the master!!
What a day, catching nice crabs and a feast at the end, the food looked so damn delicious. That's where l belong, for a moment l forgot l'm still in Australia , loved the vid as always, take care and tight lines lovely people. 🎣🐟🇦🇺🇺🇲
Dang wish I knew y'all was in Mississippi I was fishing in Gulfport got a few reds an speckled trout would have love to meet y'all. Y'all have fun an be safe
at 9:21 - you two have stepped up your game as sooo many people love buffet videos, etc.. if you had put that in the title, you would really “crush” is as they say.. you can edit it any time, and add something like “craw dad” or “crayfish” buffet, etc.. it will bring more viewers, over time, that search those tag words. 😊
Good morning. Really enjoying the videos but I was thinking that it has been awhile that you informed your viewers about the toxins that the crabs put out when they die. Your channel has expanded so much and I'm sure that there's some newbies out there who will benefit. Have a blessed day.
A lot of people eat dead crabs and don't know it, they put them on ice then they become lathargic and get into the ice water and drown. They think they're asleep but some of them are dead, it's happened to us in the past (we don't eat dead crabs). I was watching a RU-vid video and this guy holds up a crab and is going to clean it after being in ice, it was easy to see that the crab was dead. It was still probably ok, because of the ice but I wouldn't eat it. Thanks for Watching
Hello old couple nice to see you again I recently went this Wednesday to check my crab traps and somebody took the liberty of empty and my crab traps out for me leaving all doors open even the bait doors normally I catch him between 20 and 30 lb of crabs between the 6 traps so it really sucked to come up on my crab traps completely empty
I know what you mean, it gets me so mad, you set your traps and go to pull them and someone already did. I want to catch one of those thieves. Thanks for Watching
Wow I’m enjoying watching your video. It’s nice crabbing!! Could you give the location information please ?? I’m planning to go crabbing with my children during summer break.
My father and i have started watching your videos and we ar planning on being on the Gulf Coast tomorrow and we were wondering what casino that was. We will be staying at the navy Lodge in Gulfport for 8 to 10 days
You're right we apologize for that I've been trying to fix it. We bought two wireless mics and had problems with both, I have another one coming. I'm determined to fix it. We don't have problems with our fishing videos because when it's blowing we can't get offshore so we go crabbing and get wind noise. Thanks for being patient, we have a few videos already made that might have some wind noise but after that I should have it taken care of. Thanks again for Watching
No, just keep them cool and damp, we put a wet burlap bag over them. If you use ice put a towel over the ice put the crabs on the towel and make sure your cooler drains or the crabs will get lethargic get in the ice water and die.
We can't seem to get a day that's not windy. Sorry about the wind noise I'm trying to find a solution, I ordered some wireless microphones. Thanks for Watching
10:26 me again…. so, once you said there is an asian station, my worry is the crawdads are from asia and not America as is the case all over the asian buffets across the country. they all get them from asia (fact) and they are bland and rubbery.
Gail, It's the crawfish season there, the manager told us that they were local, you can tell if they're fresh the meat is firm and the crawfish that aren't fresh are very soft and fall apart when you peel the shell off. They won't have them when the season is over. Everything is fresh there, they throw away a lot of food. Thanks for Watching
Yes it's Crawfish Season . But the majority are imported from SE Asia . Sadly. The Vegas type buffets and the local Chinese buffets are imports. If you want the Atachafalia River Lousiana fresh Slidell LA and Beau Bridge are best areas for real crayfish. Not bashing Just Sayin.
We were in Mississippi this time of the year there are fresh crawfish everywhere. I was actually talking to the manager and told him how fresh they tasted and he told me they were local. If you eat enough of them you can tell. Most of the imported ones run about the same size these ran from small to jumbos also they just serve them this time of year and run out fast. There's a big difference between the imported and local crawfish. We never go to Chinese buffets or anything similar. You'd be surprised how many popular seafood restaurants serve imported fish.
@@TheOldCoupleOutdoors sounds good everything is well fixing to send you some pictures of mess of fish i caught few nights ago white trout are everywhere here!
