I’ve been a welder/fabricator since I was 16 working at my first fab shop. I’m 34 now and I would definitely sign up for the welding program. I’m always interested in learning and or different prospectives and ways of doing things. Hopefully it doesn’t cost a shit load of money tho lol

As a Nevada desert rat, I love going to your shop, but hate going to Vegas. So this is perfect haha. I’ll swing by the shop and see if there’s anything I can do to help

That is really cool. I wish I'll have time to come out. Take vacation and come check this out when you're done. It must have Machine shop. A.k.a. welding shop running a huge old school, maybe steam or diesel. Big belts spinning everywhere, with one big power plant, powering lots of different pieces of equipment. So you can definitely have the real" balls to the wall" governor showing the system when it's wide open.
It's going to be cool to watch you build your dream. I will probably never get to visit it but seeing you enjoy building it will be awesome.Thanks for sharing this update. I have been wanting for you to break ground.
How about a RV park for trailers, like the Shasta and Aloha restored travel trailers. Showers and laundry room for people wanting to attend welding school or extended stay.

woooow Steve. my daughter which is 14 is so excited at becoming a welder, I so wish I could show her or send her your ways of welding but here in nova scotia there's not much like that will motivate younger generations who want to learn the trade. I am by very good fortune sitting here in your shop watching you and Kash work your magic! I think no matter what you do it will better us all! Your son scooped me up out of some despair as i am a traveler and RVer who was broken down here in Vegas. Out of kindness and true human concern you said "sure....cmon in". THAT folks is how we all should treat each other. Thanks again Steve and Kash. Your names and good deeds will be spread around!! I vote for the RV park with some vintage trailers turned into Rat Hotels for those who want to just rent a get away for a couple days. Stationary abodes of course!!
Reviving the old hands on trades and have artisans pass on their knowledge and keep the trades alive would be something you could be very proud to have done.

I’ve told you about my history back history I work for Lauren horseman I used to be construction. I’ve done a lot of different stuff. Awesome decision...shows foresight, America at it's best, legacy for your family and the historic value is unmeasurable. I don't have many heros anymore, but you are absolutely on the very short list of people that make up my list!!!!! Any chance you could add a dirt runway so folks can fly in on small aircraft :>).
You have to make an old mechanic shop and then fill it with tools And parts from your collection. There has to be loads of old things around the property. It would be pretty cool to make a couple exploration videos.
Cool hope to visit one day when i do a trip around the states. In the mean time going to really enjoy watching the videos as it being assembled. Any vids of the dodge and slide on camper in the future would love to see a video on that. 😁🇬🇸🤘

Wow, what a fantastic retro-opportunity for a Route 66 type of town, gas stations, visible gas pumps, Bonnie & Clyde figures getting blasted by law enforcement, greasy diners, olde cop cars, museums of varies interests, olde movie house, playing Laurel & Hardy 2 reel shorts, ice cream parlors, the list is endless, only limited by budget, and imagination, I'm sure some investor can see the opportunity here...CHILL...🥶....,
