I think with Hunny it was that her voice changed and sounded like the guests of the club? Like it was suddenly more high-pitched, and girlish to me, and Hunny is the oldest so i just took that to be how he's more preceptive than he seems

I thought Hunny found out cause haruhi leaned closer to him? Hence the shot of him looking up blushing since he realized Haruhi's girly features. idk maybe im dumb

There's a good chance one of the twins pulled at her shirt and saw the tank top strap as well lol, and I bet Kyoya knows everyone in the school and was trying to piece together who he was and figured out that the only Haruhi in the twins class is a she. I watched this show like 20 times and I don't think I figured out the light bulbs until a few years ago.

in the japanese the phrase that haruhi used to call honey's bunny cute is something usually only girls use that's how he figured it out.

Maybe I'm overthinking it but I think Hunny had this some sort of conclusion that Haruhi is a girl base on her reply. Even though they are in a school filled with pink rooms and etc, males doesn't react the way she does with cutesy stuff like Hunny's bunny. Since Hunny is surrounded with girls a lot as a host he had probably seen how different male and females react to his bunny. Could be overthinking it though but that made sense to me since there's not much explanation

I think Kyoyas lightbulb was already on while the others get lit up? Also I think hunny might have seen down her shirt accidentally

that could be true, considering everyone but kyoya's was first shown _off_ before it started flickering, but it still made that sound of when the bulbs turn on? idk- also i kinda doubt honey saw down her shirt- since a) she has an undershirt that has a collar, b) his eyes are on her face 🤔but i might just be splitting hairs at this point haha

@@xrenaoxloveo I haven't watched the show in a while, but from what I remember Kyoya investigates the background of everyone in order to know the connections they have and how it may benefit him. So it makes a lot of sense that his lightbulb was already on as he would have known she was a girl from these investigations.

@@MangaIove⁠i think the the background check that kyoya did on everyone made it so he already knew, but maybe kyoyas lightbulb went on because that moment was when he realized that no one else knew? because it was when the twins referred to haruhi as he/him

Well she's a special scholarship student so I'm sure the vice president of the host club knew who she was already (and since she can't afford the uniform.. I'm sure that made people talk about her too)

I think the one with Mori was more of feeling her bra at the back part since his hands were closer to her underarms than the chest area. Also I agree with the others that Kyoya does background checks on every student as seen on episode 2 with the tea-set couple

She wears a type of cami underneath, not a bra. So I don't think he would've felt much of anything, since there aren't any wires or something like a bra does :3

Japanese doesn't have a gendered grammar structure unlike English, Spanish, French etc

@@xrenaoxloveo fair enough. Do you know the anime Kilari? Well basically it's the standard good boy vs bad boy love interest situation and my dumb a$$ didn't realize the love interest changed to the bad boy for years. (Mc first had a crush on the good boy) so I'm kinda stupid too 😅
