So... We Bought A NEW PROPERTY! 

I've been watching you guys since you had 30k subs and you had just placed the containers on the foundation.... I've watched every single video since then. You guys have come so far from becoming parents to now buying a mtn property. Congratulations, I am excited to see what comes from this.

I can speak only for myself but I am watching your channel not just for the build of property. I love watching the growth and the dynamic of the family, the little ones are growing fast, the experience and the decisions of a very nice family. I don't think I'm the only one, so don't worry I'll be waiting and watching for a new chapter 😊. Good luck and God speed.

This is so amazing and reminds me of how our land journey went. We searched and made offers on 6 properties- all fell through. The 7th (number of completion) one was just absolutely perfect and more acreage than we could never imagined. God literally has his hands in all of this. Made an offer and it went through. This channel has awaken something in me. I had a really rough childhood living in a dysfunctional family and I've been struggling with the results (traumas) from that my entire adulthood. I've found the love of my life but I was always afraid we couldn't accomplish our dreams of an actual functioning family and living together in the woods in a house we'd built but your videos showed me that all of that is possible. I loved your channel. Watching a young couple that met at a restaurant, fell in love and had a dream to live off grid. Struggled, lived in an enclosed trailer as you built your cargo trailer home. But sadly this channel is now Rich RU-vidrs buying mountain property and I now exit this ride and seek more relatable content elsewhere

I've been watching since your piers went in also. Amazing to see your family grow. Remember staying in the trailer? The silver shed? Life is such a blessing. The struggle is a wonderful path that makes your appreciate everything so much more. We bought a small farm about 8 years ago and it was terribly scary, the financial commitment. Eight years later and it's going to be paid off and ours this year. My wife and I are older than you and Spence therefore further along in our journey. So much fun reliving vicariously through y'all. Congrats! This is such an amazing step in your journey! I remember stumbling across your RU-vid channel when you had about 30 videos... I quickly digested them and have been eagerly awaiting new ones when you upload them. Fear is a good thing... it keeps us aware and makes us think about the next step.

Trust me, after personally growing up on top of a mountain in NH, if you have dirt roads and any possibility of snow, you'll need a 4 wheel drive. Especially if you plan on getting that trailer up there. And IF you get any substantial snow up there on a mountain, expect 5 seasons...spring summer, winter, fall and of course, mud season...falling somewhere between winter and spring. Make sure emergency services can find you if you build up there, and make sure you and the kiddles will have plenty of things to do since you'll be pretty far from civilization. Congrats though on your new venture! Log cabin perhaps???👍👍👍😁
