Soak pommecythere is a nutritious snack and it is something I enjoyed during my childhood. The ingredients are simple see below
Ingredients:
Peeled and washed Pommecythere /June plums
blended culantro, hot pepper and garlic ( adjust quantity to your liking)
Salt to taste
White Vinegar ( i used 2 tbsps in this video)
Enough water to cover the fruits in the glass jar.
Tip : It is best to use a glass jar to keep this pickled or soaking .
