I worked at a company that was sold. And the owner decided to drug test everyone at once. And fire everyone who failed. Nobody got fired. Only because 1 person passed. He couldn't fire the entire staff lol

Called got too drunk on Saturday to buy Sunday beer here in Arkansas. It happens to the best of us drinkers. Then again most us drinkers hang out with other drinkers and we buddy enough to share.

Yup... when they are working 10+ hrs a day per week, they get paid at least for their 40hrs and get a guaranteed 3 day weekend... nice. Reminds me of when i used to work my 4-10 schedule... every friday off...

I agree with that statement imagine the chaos the bossman would be going through. I’d give it a week before the sober people have had enough and then started drinking then imagine how much trouble safety man would be in. A lot of desk jockeys have to learn the hard way not to be power hungry. Especially on job sites were the actual skilled workers are far more essential to to the large paying contracts than the paper pushers. Finding a skilled welder is a fuck ton harder than finding "skilled" manager.

Crazy thing is you need to have no alcohol of a minimum of 4 hour before driving a commercial vehicle. So Ricky has a maximum of 8 hours a day to enjoy October fest the right way. F-cked up!!!! 😮😂🎉
Damn right Ricky! Same was true back in the 'Vid days. Management said if you were around someone who had it? 10 days isolation. If you wanted you could get tested and if negative you could be back in 3 days. I did not accept their second offer of this deal. And even though it was unpaid? Boy did roughly three months worth of UPTO really, really help me get my home life in order. And I didn't even fake any of it. Just poor contractors that had it that were working with my department. Good times.
Shoot, my job was doing PAID COVID leave and didn’t even have to use PTO. The good old days. Once I had Flu second time COVID. Third time was just near someone with Covid so had to quarantine. I had like 120 hours in 2020-2021 that were Covid pay and that was separate from my 5 weeks PTO. Plus in the early days of Covid we got hazard pay which was a 5% increase. Can we go back to that? Lol
I work in grocery/customer service...If you think you can tell me I cannot partake of certain substances on my off time then coworkers and customers alike better watch out...Especially during the holiday season.
Im so glad that Im not an alcoholic. No company will ever tell me what the hell I can or cannot do with my life when Im not onvthe clock or their job. Theres far to many jobs out there to work for a$$h0l3$ like that.
Love this video, work for a company with the initials D.G. and they told me once even when I'm on my own time and in a completely different city I still have to watch what I say and do cause I "represent" them even when not on the clock. I told him it was BS and he left me alone after that

I remember being security for a job site. The manager walks on and announces marijuana testing being mandatory now. I watched ALL 107 workers leave site. The manager was fired and everyone was given 4 days compensation to return lol.
