Hi guys,
Wanted to share with you this healthy and delicious fruit and vegetable smoothie. Lots of vitamins, minerals, and fibre that will set you up for the day!
Just grab a handle of (in order as shown) Kale, Spinach, Cucumber, Berries, Banana, and a cheek of lemon, add some ice and a cup or two of water (depending on how thick you want the shake), blend it together and voila!
Bonus points if you can tell which Team Shirt I have on???
