Hey Gemma! Social anxiety is a crippling condition. The sweating & shaking are the worst. When I go out, I am so conscious that my hair is wet, sweat stains, red sweaty face. Everyone around me looks so cool & relaxed. Take care Gemma, lots of love, Pauline 🤗🤗🤗❤
Hey yeah iv started to get coping strategies to help me cope better but it’s a daily battle of fitting into this world that will never accept me and to try and cope with my Autism on top it’s been a trying few weeks, finally starting to feel like I’m in control again
..I'm on catch up as usual Gemma! It's great to have these discussions about anxiety etc., - especially as it is so common.. We all have it to some extent. 💯with you here. I've started to get back into meditation & breathing exercises - that's not everyone's bag - but it definitely helps me. It's great to catch up 💖👋💖
Hi Gemma' Grace. You and I have some things in common: I was officially diagnosed with social anxiety in 2014, and it has helped me so much to know about how and why I have it. My autism diagnosis stems from that info. And Gemma, we also have in common a love for sharing.❤
Ugh, dealing with social anxiety is so hard! I give my younger self a big hug because she didn't know what was going on and it was pure hell. Thanks for sharing your experience with it. 💚
