Nice overview of Social media. SM is kinda like fishing... you don't catch a thing until you throw the net in the water. We are all looking for a potential client with a "need" who is looking for a "solution". And economist tell us that 80% of the folks are seeking solutions from vendors with experience providing a "proven solution". In other words, no one wants to be a guinea pig or test case. They are looking for proven solutions... especially when they are spending other people's money... like a school board, church congregation or recreation department. Just my $0.02
