After a breakup I don't post sad breakup quotes on social media or even mention the breakup. I just act like nothing ever happened and post pictures of me looking great, going on vacations and enjoying my life. Usually when I do this new guys drop in and even exes come back just because they are nosey and notice I'm looking happy without them.

I didn't post my level up goals online but my old dusty popped up in my inbox after months and commented on my weight loss in my pics. He Said I looked like a snack and a dinner😁😄 I started wearing more expensive looking hair makeup and nicer clothes too. Most importantly I leveled my mind up through therapy, meditation videos, books, recovery groups, and socializing outside of the home. You don't have to announce anything ladies. What's understood doesn't have to be explained. Show 'em don't tell 'em!!

Bonetta is ghetto. Pickmesha is not always ghetto. Pickmesha can be a career woman. And trust me career women are the best pickmeshas.

We attract people who are on our same level of dysfunction. You can’t attract someone who’s healthy mentally/emotionally if you’re not there yet yourself because you’d literally repel each other by way of energy. I am soooo glad I got over my ex and started my level up before this quarantine because I genuinely have no interest in my ex and enjoy being on my own in my own home. This quarantine has been the ultimate test. Both exes have tried to get in touch and both got blanked and ignored because they have obviously seen my glow up. That sounds like advice my mom gives - “dont’t share weaknesses” - regarding a man rapidly approaching me at a gas station, aggressively.
