I felt myself getting a little mad when they refused to listen. They have to stick to that script no matter what. It's almost like any deviation would throw them off so terribly that they couldn't complete the scam. I think the only reason you got transferred was because he got frustrated.

So I just got home from going to the local convenience store and the guy that worked there was watching this very video on the TV by the register. Thought that was cool.

I'm glad that I found your RU-vid channel Kit. I used to think that I was pretty savvy when it came to scams, but I got got last month to the tune of $9000 to this very scam, the entirety of my life's savings. I'm fairly young, under 30, so I thought I was pretty invincible until that day, and I still remember feeling sick to my stomach trying to go to sleep that night, because I really felt like I had been scammed, and it turned out I was right. I'm glad that you do what you do to prevent these people from interfering with the daily lives of innocent folks, and you definitely have my subscription.

This is great and Kit is hilarious but it sickens me that this could have been a real 79 yr old woman crying and in hysterics because she thought she'd been involved in a heavy crime and the scammers couldn't care less. Just carried on as if nothing was wrong. Makes me sick.

they call ppl with horrible news banking on their panic - they want their judgement to be impaired, for the victim to not be thinking straight, so that they're more willing to pay them. then they proceed to grt frustrated when ppl get angry at them, cry, freak out, etc.
