USPS / Border Patrol Scam Exposed (New Scam) 

I work at Target. Last week a lady walked past the guest service desk where I usually work. She was looking around and was on the phone with someone. She went over to the gift card section and was asking what kind the caller wanted. She took five Target store gift cards off the display. She was walking back and forth from the registers to guest service. I heard her ask the person on the phone where she should go to buy them. I guess they told her self-checkout but she said she didnt see a SCO (we don't have them at my store). I followed her as she made her way to one of the registers and stood back. She told the cashier she needed $500 on each of the cards. I immediately stepped up and asked what the cards were for. She stated exactly this scenario - drug trafficking. I had to practically BEG her not to buy the GCs (I was going to refuse the sale anyway) and kept telling her it was a scam. I called security and they came up. This entire time she is still on the phone telling the caller what i was telling her. She put it on speaker and the guy on the phone said we were lying to her! Thank goodness she finally agreed something was up. These people are disgusting.

Tell your "wife" you are headed to the grocery store. She then gives you a shopping list. Drive them nuts while you shop the entire store.

You are a threat to national security. Now give me gift cards. Seems legit to me.

It's never "let me transfer you to a supervisor," it's always "let me transfer you to the Senior Executive Director for Global Accounts and Transnational Affairs"

I get these type of calls and when they ask me for a social security number, i tell them i don't have one and that im an illegal immigrant from india.

I got one of these calls , straight away I asked him how many Amazon vouchers it would take to clear my drug and money laundering activities. He said $300 lol

These scammers really have no idea how illiterate they sound.

"Hello, we have a package that has been seized at the border under your name an address, could you please tell me your name and address?"

Scammer: "Do you have any questons?" Me: "Yes. Why do all US government investigators have heavy Indian accents?"

I've binged dozens of these, and it still amazes me how bossy the scammers are with the instructions, like TURN THE RADIO DOWN

My 79 yo mother got one of these calls. She busted out laughing.

One way Kit should waste scammers time is "forget" his wallet so that he has to "drive" all the way back home to get it.

Got a call from a "car warranty" scammer today. He introduces himself as "Michael Knight" - I ask "How's KITT?" I get "Huh?"

Why would the government treasury want Target or IKEA or even Nike cards just despicable 🤬

I got that call. It was HILARIOUS! I played along and asked them what I could do to make this all go away. That I'd let the lady keep the cash in one of the packages, as it was just a drop in the bucket to my total income. She panicked and hung up.

It never ceases to amaze me how these guys get indignant at the people they’re trying to scam when they realize they’ve been tricked. I understand being salty that you wasted your time, but being like “you’re just playing a game with me??” and “you’re not a good person” is just surreal.

I received a similar call. When they told me about FBI monitoring and National Security, I asked what my FISA Warrant number was. Game over. I asked this after I wasted a sufficient amount of time.

I am so grateful my elderly parents were on the ball and savy. They lived in SW florida and scammers would call every day. My dad would sit and wait for his next victim. Imagine my surprise and the scammers too, when he blasted an air horn into the phone! Thank you Kit for bringing awareness to these horrible predators. I watch you every day!

I really appreciate your streams and videos. I work in a grocery store and having the knowledge from your videos, I stopped an older handicapped individual from being scammed just the other day. He was trying to buy google play cards for a grant. I informed him of your channel and you may have a new subscriber. It felt really good to stop one of these scams in its tracks.

I got a call like that. They asked for my name. I was like wtf you CALLED ME, you should know who you are talking to. Then they hung up.

This is by far the most far-fetched worst attempt at a scam I've ever heard and I spent 10 years as a call center trainer out in Manila, Philippines and have heard my fair share of scam scripts.
