Hi sir I purchased a flat (by reg. aggreement with old owner ) after society registration , now society in the process of giving share certificates to all it members ,i also summited form in to society but they were saying your name is not present in there records , so certificate will be issued to old owner name , how can I ensure it should update with my name before I received . Awaiting your response .

Hi sir , Humare building main sab kaam secretary aur tursty kara teh hai ... Kiyu ki secratary ne 6 saal se kisi ko chairman banne he nahi deti .... Humari building main 15 lakh ka repair huwa hai aur jab member hisab kitab maangte hain toh nahi deti hai aur building main monthly ka kya karcha ho raha ye bhi nahi bata thi pls meri help kariye ...

Hello Sir, Me Indore me Ek colony me rehta hu waha par coloniser ne Electricity ke liye koi grid nahi banaya upar se Jo bhi log reh rahe waha temporary connection le kar reh rahe hai isse aaye din bijli or bari bill ka samna karna pad Raha hai kripya kar is colony ke liye hum kese society create kar sakte hai or yeh samasya ko dur kar sakte hai

Quation :- agar kise ne ek bulding mai flat khared lea hai to aaur kuch sal bad agar us building ka malik us bulding ka reconstruction karne wala hai to hame kya karna chahiye??? Aur agar hamara flat 620 sft hain aur builder 820 sft ke flat banara hai, aur us building ko banane mai 2/3 sal lagne wala hai, aur hamara us flat per loan chalu/in progress mai hai to kya builder hame loan amount ka payment karega ...es per ek video banao sir
