Just did this. It was amazing but the bowl shape didn’t hold after cooking. It wasn’t to bad, as I was able to put it on a hamburger bun. Maybe I’ll go thicker.

I couldn't get the beef to maintain its bowl shape. I'm guessing you froze it, for the camera? Tasted good though. I just had to put it in a ramiken.
