@@MisterL2_yt I sometimes get 2 to 3 ads in a row! I'm pretty sure watching the same creator for hours and skipping ads is fine! I will actually watch an ad that I'm interested in! If it's a small, piece of shit of a video with ads every 2 minutes and a shit creator, I skip all ads! If it's a small creator making really good videos, I am happy to watch the add!

But if you wanna make THAT argument then you have to get into the nitty gritty of intellectual property law and the definitions of what adds original value to content. The point is that this RU-vidr didn't 'arguably' or 'potentially' steal or exploit the content, it's just stolen plain and simple. There's no gray area to that, it's a cheap and shameless rip-off of 2 other people's original content.

Normally I'd say that, too. However, this video is a bit different. I don't know the streamer, but I doubt he uploads his streams on RU-vid or archives them in other ways, so you can see it as a community service to people who like that guy in general, but can't watch every stream, and/or don't want to search through entire 5 hour streams on the search for this particular part. Secondly, the streamer appears to have been *Asked* to watch the vid on cam, he did it for his fans, not to steal content, so it's fine to me. You could argue that the name of the video is a bit misleading and could have been "Sodapoppin watches blablabla...", but technically it'S still a reaction.

Not skipping ads which are integrated by a youtuber into his video won't make him any money. Because his sponsors look at how many people clicked on the link and registered. So it doesn't matter if you watch his ad or skip it, unless you register with his link. The type of ads which generate money for a youtuber depending on the fact that you didn't skip them are YT ads, engraved in yellow in the video timeline. You seem a grown up dude, but somehow don't understand these simple things
