Here's your latest look at the development around Hollywood Park Entertainment District. Cinepolis IMAX Theater is finally open. Three Weav3rs Brewery is expected to open late 2024. COSM is nearing completion, Iconix Fitness is finishing up there outdoor workout deck area which includes a swimming pool.

Getting there. Glad these new venues are being added to 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games ! PS - All the transit and other work in progress should be completed by then.

It still kind of feels to me like the construction completion of some of these Hollywood Park businesses & residences are dragging as they approach the finish line. Maybe purposely to make it a bigger deal when all the Fall sports seasons start and the weather is cooler. That whole area is going to have a completely different vibe in five months or so during game days when all the venues are open and we're in the middle of the college football, NFL, and NBA seasons. It's going to be a lot of fun for you people in SoCal.

Great question. Three Weavers Brewing was supposed to open in Winter 2023. What's opening soon besides Iconix and JD?

Any idea as to why the retail area is still so empty? It’s been a couple years now and there are really only a couple places open (the theater and Iconix). Are they just having trouble getting businesses to rent out the space? It’s strange.

No doubt LA will be ready for the 2028 Olympics. Looks like just the airport and public transportation routes and people mover projects need to be completed by 2028.
