According to the news last night. The city of Inglewood is projecting to close Morningside High School. In an effort, to expand their gentrification in that area. I guess people are having less children.
The news also said the school district is being managed by the state, because it was so poorly mismanaged before. I guess they weren't acknowledging the changing demographics. It'll be rough on the children and families.
There are many homes planned to be built there. I think some have already been built. It's the indoor malls that are being abandoned. Outdoor shopping centers seem to be doing much better.
I'm so glad I sold my house because that stadium is not doing SHIT for inglewood if it was it would have done it already and I bet all thise little stores will be shut down in 6 months to much thievery in l.a.
@yesman-mg9oq tell me you hate white people without telling me you hate white people I have lived in iglewood for about 20 years and I have not seen thievery like that ever before in Inglewood
Sofi hasn't been there that long, but neighborhood businesses seem to be doing better especially when there are events at the stadium and Sofi will only get more popular. Yes, a certain amount of gentrification is happening, but that can be a good thing, too. People who own homes have seen them increase in value for one.
