she did a great job on making the unicorn cake. But, i am wondering why she didnt cut the cake she made??? At the end, you can see the cake is different from what she made. The gold eyes are much skinner and theres a red "hair" closer to the right eye. I dont know if it was intentionally to cut another cake. But, she did stated "a good baker always taste what they made, so lets see what I made." But, clearly thats not her cake...

While everyone is asking for you to wear shorter sleeves, I suggest tying your hair is also a must so that it won't go over your food. I have a long hair too. I get that advice a lot. You are blessed to have a successful father Sophia. Keep on learning from him. You won't regret it.

Why are some of people so negative? And why do you have to pick everything apart? I worked in bakeries when I was younger and believe me it is very hard work. Slugging 50 pound bags of flour, sugar etc is hard enough. Then when you get to the art and decorating part... that is no picnic either! Sophia is very young and has already learned so much about baking. (On top of school work etc.) Most adults could not do what she can let alone other kids her age. Well Sophia, I think you are fabulous!!! Your brothers better watch out, you just might be running that bakery like your Grandma did one day! Please do not listen to the naysayers. Some people are just not happy in their own lives so they criticize others. I am sure your parents are so proud of you, and they have every right to be!!! Keep on baking and decorating!!!

La Sofía lleva en la sangre el arte de pasteleria y repostería, pero podría amarrarse el pelo ponerse una chaqueta adecuada para repostería con las uñas pintadas!! Con anillo, le quedan hermosos los pasteles y sabor rico, pero por ultimo el pelo amarrado y con una cofia para prepararlos

Just watched this with my wife. As parents of 5 kids, we thought it was awesome. It is great that she is being trained in the family business, and her presentation was fantastic! Final product was great for her age. It will be fun to see how her skills improve, as she gets older. Carlo's has a great future for generations.

SOFIA MAKING A UNICORN CAKE You did a beautiful job on the cake. I can tell your Dad taught you well on decorating cakes. The colors are beautiful that you used. I have one thing that you should do the next time you decorate a cake. Sofia you need to pull your hair back into a pony tail so it does not keep getting on the cake while you are decorating the cake. Just wanted you to know this for future cakes you make.
