Hi! Ms LV one of your viewer asked if no need of kneading. Your answer is no because you used stand mixer. I watched your video 2x, you did not used stand mixer. Just mixed the ingredients in a bowl until all ingredients were mixed. I’m confused but anyway you have another nice style in forming the dough like spiral. Thank you for sharing.

Microwave fresh milk for 1 min and 20 seconds ( regular microwave ) Kapag muffin pan 24 small pcs. Bake at 350°f for 14-15 mins or kapag 8 mins na lagyan ng cover ung top ng bread para hindi magdark at para maluto mabuti ung bottom part ng bread. Next time sige gagawa ako ng brioche style for ube cheese pandesal iyan talaga lagi kong ginagawa i-share ko din thank you 😊❤️
