Soft Bakpao | Inexpensive and Fail-Safe Steamed Bun

Well, thanks a million for kindly sharing such a great recipe.
Ingredients
* 300 g or 20 tablespoons Pastry flour [low-protein Flour]
* 15 g or 1 tablespoon of Tapioca Flour.
* 70 g or 3½ tablespoons of Granulated Sugar, or Fine Sugar.
* 2 g or ½ teaspoon Baking Soda.
* 4 g or 1 teaspoon Instant Yeast.
* 150 ml of Water or ¾ of 200 ml sized Glass, this one can be replaced with Milk.
* 20 g or 1 tablespoon of Shortening, you may replace this with Margarine or regular butter.
Nota Bene
Adding a little salt also a good idea to get finer taste.
But be sure to add just a little bit, at about 1-2 g as to prevent it to taste too salty and messing up the texture of the Bakpao.
It’s not advised to replace the Baking Soda with Baking Powder. The result from using Baking Powder usually end up with less attractive color good and less plump.
Baking powder is not heat resistant and less effective at optimizing the air mass in Bakpao.
