I've been listening to BROWN NOISE at night and it has been working well to improve my sleep!
I struggle with falling asleep as well as waking up in the middle of the night, staying up for hours and by the time I fall back asleep, it's time to wake up.
Started taking Vyvanse for my ADHD and a side effect is insomnia. I was barely getting any sleep but listening to brown noise has really helped me get to sleep. Within 5-10 minutes and I'm out! What I have also found is my anxiety and stress levels are reduced and better managed.
I tried using white noise before but I found it too harsh. I also tried listening to nature noises but because the sound isn't constant, any subtle change in the audio would wake me up. Brown noise is nice because it's at a lower frequency.
I recommend you try listening at a low volume and increase slightly to a comforting volume over the nights until you find what works for you.

You can also use this for relaxation, a need to calm your mind and focus or even use it while studying!
