@@JitzKingThere so much I could “try” to say at this point but it’s definitely made a difference. The most concrete thing I’ve experienced since leveling off is waking up with the same personality every day. I’m so even keeled I don’t know what to do with myself. 😂 Now, it’s a matter of getting use to a new normal and what that even means. How is your experience so far? All in all, I’d say it is absolutely helping with having more energy, a brighter outlook, and 100% makes going to work and “staying” at work a lot easier. Hope you’re doing well!
Hi! Hope you’re still doing well, I was hoping if you would share with me some information pertaining to Vyvanse. What MG have you stopped at to where you think you’ve reached the full effect of taking Vyvanse, have you reached that point yet? As of today I’m in my 2nd month of taking it, my second day of starting the dosage of 40 mg, last month I began taking it at 30 mg. Right now I know it’s working because I have somewhat of a less restraint in doing things. I’m not fully there yet, I can tell because there’s still a resistance to a certain extent. So pretty much my guess is I will know the medicine has reached its full effect once I’m able to “freely” do things without being inwardly restrained from doing them. I was wondering at what mg did you stop at to where you felt you had reached the full effect that it was helping you, thank you, and again hope your still feeling well.
Hi! Hope you're doing well! I've been juggling so many things in life with an overly stressful venture that's gone south. Vyvanse has definitely helped me stay more calm and not over think and over excite myself. I've been at 40 mg and exactly as you've described it, I feel I could use a slightly higher does because I do feel a little "restrained". Unfortunately, I've been procrastinating to get it adjusted.... I have a friend who was also on 30mg but adjusted to 40mg and she thinks it's the "perfect" dose. Good luck to you, it's been a month in for you, let me know if you plan to increase!
@@JitzKing Hey, no worries, I understand, I do. Yeah, I’m up to 60mg Vyvanse right now, things have improved and are better, BUT! The whole ADHD paralysis is still a thing, too much actually, a bit more than before. I read up on it this evening and it seems to be a common issue with many as well, the whole paralysis thing that lingers on, but then again most I’ve read their like on 30mg or 40mg, like you said, “restrained”, yeah. I’ve got energy, and more focus and awareness, but I’m in zombie mode in getting stuff accomplished, I HATE IT. I was hoping to stop at 60, just to have that one dose to fall back on later when it starts wearing off, but I guess not, the experimentation continues on. That’s good with your friend, good for her, I’m sure that’s a great feeling to feel you’ve reached it. So I’m not sure, have an appointment 2 more days, it’s either go up the last dose or try something else. As usual with any of us I guess, we’re all different, so just have to continue on the adventures of experimenting. Hhhmmm! Let’s see what this pill does 😂 Drum roll …. Good luck to you as well, Peace
Thanks for the review this helped in my decision on which watch to go with. One question though, the S62 brightness seems way lower than the S70.. did you have them both at the same level?
Hi! This is a great question because I don't my camera/sun out did justice for the S70. The S62 I had it on max brightness while the S70 I had on the lowest setting (to conserve battery). Back when I was using the S62, I thought the screen was really good in the sun. I can confidently say that the S70 looks exceptional in the sun with it's brilliant colours, significantly improved over the S62. My only gripe is that the screen doesn't stay on entirely (goes into a faded mode) while golfing. My friend's have the S62 and you can notice the difference immediately. What did you end up deciding with?
The S62 screen was great at the time, but now that I've had the S70 for some time, I'm glad I made the upgrade. While the S62 is still an amazing watch, side by side you can see the S62 is a bit "hazy" and not vibrant like the S70. Agreed, indoors it is darker but still clearly visible ;)
Hi, it should ask you at the beginning of each round if you want to track your shots. Then after each shot, it should prompt you for which club you swung. Pro tip, if it's not registering your shot, you may need to change the setting on which wrist the watch it's on. It should be on your lead wrist
Hi! Is the watch face with the purple mountains in the list of faces on the watch? I can't seem to find it and I'm wondering what the name of it is. Thanks!
Hello! For the S70, I’m using one of the default watch faces. If you select watch faces on setting, scroll to about the middle options. I customized the colours. For the S62 I used a custom watch face by using the Garmin IQ app.
I'm using a set of Dunlop irons, probably worth £30 and I'm more than happy with the 9 knock off Golf Pride grips I got for £25. Aint no way I'm spending 100 on grips
essayez ceci : 1) mettez à jour le logiciel de votre montre. 2) « Quittez les regards » et j'espère que vous verrez « phase de lune ». 3) ajoutez-le ! bonne chance!
It's worked well for me and I've minimized my shanks now! It's clearly a mental thing for me. On the 18th, I had a ball lying at the top of a medium high bunker edge (just below the waist) which I tried to hit it out like a baseball swing. Not only did I duff it out, but it took me 5 extra shots to get to the green. Just by taking a few "baseball swings", I wasn't able to take a proper golf swing! I was shanking all over the place, first time ever where I shanked it BOTH directions! Up until that point I was hitting the ball great and as usual, blew up my round on the 18th.... happy golfing!
The EyeXO works great and is pretty accurate. My only gripe is they released a major software update several months ago which isn't commercial use friendly. I had to roll back and am staying at an older version. I haven't tried their latest update to see if it's resolved.
Vyvanse is a mixed bag for people and anectdotally I've heard people with anxiety and adhd don't usually do well taking that particular stimulant... Your video audio is very quiet. Kinda hard to hear on my phone speaker.
Debating, do the pros outweigh the cons…? Had a conversation with someone yesterday and I was able to keep eye contact, improved listening, and less anxiety….
Thanks so much for responding to my video, it means a ton to me because I also was unsure if I wanted to share my ADHD or not. If my video helped one person then it was worth it, thank you! Mental health has such stigma and to expose our vulnerabilities can have possible negative impacts. I had the same concerns you shared that this could affect my brand and how people perceive me. Embarrassing in some ways to expose your “perceived weaknesses” but I’m also taking this as an outlet and wanted to pay it forward if I can help others. Life is too short. Your circumstances may be different and you may have the need to keep private, I respect that! I never thought it to be this way, but my friend told me she and others feel that ADHD is a super power. When I look back to my childhood until now, I came to realize that ADHD has certainly been a super power for me. Maybe that can be another video :). In some ways I can do things others can’t. Well done on taking the several steps you have, seeing a psychiatrist to pairing up with an ADHD coach! I think to have someone to talk to, relate to and listen to is an immense step forward. Those that can’t relate, even your closest friends, may not be able to comprehend what you’re going through. As for Vyvanse itself, I do feel it has refined some of my “super powers” so far. The sleep has been improving a bit and I am testing something out (another video if it works hah). My GP’s first side effect concern was the loss of appetite and subsequently a loss of weight. Fortunately that hasn’t happened and I’m still eating “normally” (too much). I’ll continue to weigh the pros vs cons over the next few weeks. I do miss having my morning coffee…. Thanks again for reaching out, best of luck to you! Family first always, but to do that you need to take care of yourself too 👍
I am still learning more about it all and reently this one really clicked for me : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4PTl27tTmfY.html "to long didnt watch" Dr k explains - Many patients fear becoming dependent on psychiatric drugs, a concern shared across various mental health conditions. - **Role of Medication in Treatment**: Medications are prescribed to sustainably aid patients, with the intent being therapeutic rather than leading to dependence. -. **Medication as a Tool for Health Management**: The goal of any medication, including ADHD drugs, is to maintain health. Its necessity may decrease if the patient adopts other healthy behaviors. -. **Physiologic Dependence and Withdrawal**: Dependence on medication like ADHD stimulants may lead to physiological tolerance and withdrawal symptoms, but this isn't inherently negative. -. **Psychotherapy vs. Medication for ADHD**: Both psychotherapy and medication are effective for ADHD, with psychotherapy offering longer-lasting benefits after treatment ends. - **Developing Skills to Manage ADHD**: Psychotherapy can teach skills to manage ADHD, potentially reducing or eliminating the need for medication. - **Stimulant vs. Non-Stimulant Medication**: Stimulant medications act faster but are not necessarily more effective than non-stimulants. Patient perception often favors stimulants due to the immediate effects. In summary - adhd is managable and curable through natural ways like exercise, diet, sleep & a good shrink/coach. However it just takes more dedication and time and effort. For some people - they may not have the time or capacity or ATTENTION to manage it naturally. As in my case - being a busy dad juggling * juggling a business - its just too dam difficult to get ontop of it all so for now. I need vyvanse to hopefully try and get me ontop and ahead and honestly all i can hope is that I will be able to make my career more successful so that I can then have more money that can help me ceate more freedom and time to then sort myself out in more natural and healthier ways
Was an interesting video and did make me think if I would be taking meds for the rest of my life. I also don't feel a "reliance" on Vyvanse, maybe it's still too early to tell. Like you, I think if life can "stabilize" and for sure money can offer more freedom and "less stress", then we might be in a better place. Hope so anyways. Only making money isn't so easy, I haven't found the tree yet. I don't remember if you mentioned you have trouble sleeping or not but I created this brown noise which I've been testing and using lately and it has been a gem. Had a few friends try it also before I published it and they also found it helpful. I've been able to get to sleep faster, and even if I wake up, I have an easier time getting back to sleep. My Garmin watch has been impressed with the sleep I've been getting! Give it a try if you'd like and let me know how it goes: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-phNi_FsEPt8.html
So far I really like them. I created another video where the audio did for some reason cut out momentarily and can only assume it's the wireless mic. But, that was the only time. Working on another video soon so will see how it is. I do like the clarity of the mic, convenience of the wireless and easy of use. Battery life has been pretty good so far also. No complaints yet
I’ve been using them to create a few more videos and it’s worked great. Battery life is good (still haven’t had to charge it) and sound quality is great. I have to experiment more but I think the mic needs to be pointed towards your mouth, where if it’s pointed away it still captures your voice but it’s quieter. Typical microphone I guess but was thinking it would capture more 360. It exceeds the price paid for sure
@kwa_nguyen I wanted to share my experience like you, but I'm just not sure if it's the right thing to do or not. However, I commend you for doing this. I am on day 70 so far with my Vyvanse medication. I am 36, Viet,first-time dad living in Sydney, Australia. Having my daughter and juggling myseklf, work, life, and family really tested my mental health, So, I started researching and spoke to my GP, which led to her recommending a psychiatrist. I did all the tests and spent about $2000-$3000 AUD by the end of it all, and yeah, I am currently on 60 mgs of Vyvanse. I find that it definitely helps me get through the work and admin that I hate but need to do to pay the bills and survive in expensive sydney australia. But I also have to make sure my diet, sleep, and exercise are good, as well as my goals, plans, and organization, which I am still struggling with. I do like the effects, and so far, so good, but I have found the only time things were not good was because of the typical bad sleep, bad diet, not enough good healthy food, and poor planning and execution for my day. I have also paired this up with an ADHD coach who is a male that is in the same age group as me and he has 3 kids and also diagnoised adhd. I try to see him every 2-3 weeks. Ive had 3 sessions so far and am really liking his approach so far. However I still feel there is more work to be done, and more things to understand . I am still figuring out my ADHD library/toolkit and still need to work on my stress management, breathwork, and mindfulness. I know for me, as I have aged, when I discover something new, it's always great at the start, and then I kind of get used to things and fall back into some darkness. But I really hope I don't this time around with the help of this medicine and new, updated research on neurodivergent brains and how we can all hopefuly share and connect and help each other better understand this type of brain Best of luck to you bro and please keep it up I am still hesitent about sharing my adhd journey. I am worried it will effect my business/brand/reputation. >.<
That explains absolutely nothing. What do you do when you get in there. I can select a club, but have no idea what else to do. And this is the only instructions you have? Wow. Disappointed.
The thing is the fakes are 25% of the price so unless you're spending 500+ it's mad to spend so much regripping an old set of irons with grips that are so expensive. I've bought some fakes for a lot cheaper to regrip a second set of irons and they work well. I'm a 15 times a year golfer. The weights on the fakes are very variable though
This didn’t say anything about if they work, what they track and how. Are they worth it? No idea, you only showed how to screw them in and how they pair to your watch
The watch is cool! However, at time the watch is unable to detect Tee Off or approach swings resulting pretty frustrating! Hope these issues can be fixed soonest!
