In this video we will see how to make soft coconut roti in tamil. Coconut roti is made by very simple ingredients. The dough should be kneaded well for at least 5 mins and then rested for at least 30 mins. The resting of dough is very important as it helps in batter very soft and chewy rather than being hard and stiff. So this is not a regular coconut roti taste yummy and soft.
Ingredients
4-5 all purpose flour
Half coconut shredded
1egg
2 tbsp of butter or margarine
Salt as per your taste
Warm water
