Soft & Fluffy Glazed Donuts🍩/ Chocolate-glaze🍫 / Milk-glaze🥛

➤Ingredients:
➥Dough:
Milk - 250 gr.
Yeast - 1.5 tsp.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Salt - 0.5 - 1 tsp
Vanillin - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Margarine - 80 gr.
Flour - 525 - 550 gr.
➥Oil for frying
➥Chocolate glaze:
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cocoa - 1.5 tbsp
Milk - 50 ml.
Butter - 2 tbsp
Powdered sugar - from 6 tbsp or more, depending on how thick you need it
✧Mix sugar, cocoa, and milk, and place over medium heat. Heat until the sugar dissolves and becomes homogeneous. Remove the pot from the stove and add the butter, bringing until dissolved. Cool the glaze and add as much powdered sugar as you need for the thickness of the glaze.
➥Milk glaze:
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Powdered milk - 2 tbsp
Vanillin - 1 sachet
Powdered sugar - from 6 tbsp or more, depending on how thick you need it.
✧Mix sugar, milk powder, milk, vanillin and place over medium heat. Heat until the sugar dissolves and becomes homogeneous. Remove the pot from the stove and add the butter, bringing until dissolved. Cool the glaze and add as much powdered sugar as you need for the thickness of the glaze.
➥For decoration:
Walnut
Caramel
Chocolate sprinkles
Chocolate cookies
✧Heat the oil over low heat, and check the readiness of the oil temperature with a wooden stick, if bubbles form around the stick, then the oil is ready for frying.
