This vegan bread, this bread without flour, this bread without eggs or baker's yeast is a delight! I advise you to eat dishes, sauces, desserts that are salty. I find that it is not suitable for sweet. It's a quick bread to make, a soft bread. And above all it is rich in fiber but low in lipids! The oil can be replaced by water but it allows to bring softness to the homemade bread. Good tasting !
Ingredients :
350g red lentils
1 pinch of coarse salt
60 ml oil (this will make the bread soft) - 1/4 cup
130ml water (½ cup + 1 tbsp)
1 teaspoon baking powder
