Kerala style breakfast recipe, called as Vellayappam. It is prepared by using raw rice, coconut and coconut water. cooked rice or rice paste can be added to get a perfect texture. The batter needs to be fermented for 7-8 hours. The dish is cooked by using pan. The method of preparation is shown in the video.
