• Ingredients: soft stone-like bread(20)
High-protein flour 500 grams, 0:35,
Yeast 5 grams, 0:35,
Eggs 4(about 60 grams each, use cold ones in hot days) 0:45,
Milk about 80 grams(use cold ones in hot days) 0:54,
White granular sugar 60 grams, 0:59,
Peanut oil 30 grams, 1:22,
Salt 2-3 grams, 1:58,
Liquid egg of 1 egg, 3:47,
Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 160 degrees. Put it in middle layer of oven and bake it for 18-20 mins. Take it out when it is in good color. If it is colored too much at halfway, we can slightly cover it with aluminum foil.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。

感谢您的分享,很喜欢看你的节目,想问一下80年代最早的面包请教老爸一下,如何做?做那种面包很软 ,但 丝很长 还有点透明,有一点点微微的酸,这么多年了在也没有吃过了,现在的面包对我来说都没有它好吃,我2试了几次都失败了,谢谢👍

你可以把所有材料和成面团之后称一下,然后再除20就知道一个包的生胚多少克了。
