This is awesome. Do you have any recommendations for how to train the hips/rotational element of the swing?

@joshhanselman7618 in a lot of these workouts it focuses on core strength by doing single leg or kickstand movements. When your whole core is stronger, that fixes the rotation weaknesses. Gluten work is huge too. The swing starts from the legs, but your back foot glute is what really flexes at hip snap.

Try kneeling kettle bell swings for rotational work. It's also an excellent oblique injury prevention exercise. In season at 5'9 170 I use a 20 lb kettle bell and 20 reps each way x3.
