I would say it's not healthy as chapatis are made of wheat grain and not all purpose flour that undergoes processing that removes the bran and germ, which are the most nutritious parts of the wheat grain.
@@sdsouza4102 yes and no. There are many chapati recipes out there, some ask for this amount of oil, some less, and some even more. You just go with what works for you.
