Hi Ash I grind my dhal with food processor to get the perfect texture and smooth make sure the dhal boil not soft must cook little hard so it will be dry also in Guyana we put grind garlic and pepper with geera into the grind dhal mixture also I wrap every roti individual that way it doesn’t dry out and yes I’m cooking roti for so long now and still I can’t get it round I always watch other people make it so perfect but not me
