This SOG Trident AT with the half serrated blade is my favorite spring-assisted knife ! My every day carry spring-assisted knife is the GERBER Fast Draw because of it's very quick one handed sliding safety button.
Man that knife looks freaking awesome! To be honest I was wondering what is that fixed blade knife that you pull out in your opening sequence and it might be the one also that you use for a leg tourniquet?
AUS 8 is vastly inferior to D2 any time anywhere. Flat grind of AT is much better than the TE hollow. TE blade shape makes it complicated to maintain, specially in field conditions, whilst AT is super easy to work with. AT is actually improvement in any way possible and nothing but "deeper" deep carry clip is being done better on TE.
