in my Opinon i would mount the panels Landscape mode, that way if snow is 1/2 on the panels the diode wil block out the bottom row with snow and still work and heat up faster to melt even more snow.
I have two rows of fixed angle (20 degrees) panels on a wood ground mount but I used front and back 4x4 supports. I am in Florida and have them in portrait orientation with single panels side by side close to the ground. I really would not trust just three posts to withstand a wind storm. Those arc supports are neat though.
It’s already withstood some 70kph wind in the winter when they were near vertical at 75degree. This location also doesn’t get any stronger than that as the tree line blocks the a ton if it.
I designed them and then had them built at a local welding shop all nine arcs painted blue cost about 2000 of 1/4 inch steel. The black pans cost about 1500 for all nine and then the U bolts that go through the blue arks lower on the post for $100 to have them bent and threaded at a trucking outfit
