Compact wall-mounting dryer connects to a regular 110V outlet, folds flat against the wall when not in use. Can dry 7 large items per load, and only uses about 25% of the energy a regular dryer does. Gentler on the clothes, and at only $145 costs much less than a conventional dryer too.

I wish this was still available. We used it in our RV and our house. It's great for hanging clothes.

This would make more sense if the fan and heater were at the bottom, the heat would naturally rise and carry moisture up through an open top. You are just making more work on the electrical parts and holding in the moisture longer .

then, turn it upside down and mount it 6inches from the floor instead.

Hi Kerleen, The main thing is installation, it requires someone who is at least a little handy...because you need to either use drywall screws, or screw into the studs behind the wall. You can't just use regular (little) metal screws or it will fall off the wall. We sell quite a few and have never gotten a return, other than a few from people who couldn't install it. It dries quite a bit faster than the floor model dryers. We should have some reviews on our website soon, sorry for the delay but we don't want to put up fake ones just to get orders.

I live in apartment, I can't put holes in my walls to mount it. Not useful.

@@becky7637 I hang pictures all the time. They make Command Hanging strips for hanging pictures, so I don't damage the walls. Duhhh... And yes, if I damage the walls, they charge me an arm and a leg for repair. I'm not going to do repairs for some cheap Hoakie dryer. There are other options out there.

I cant see this working very well as heat rises not falls and who wants to put screws in the wall!! get a panda portable dryer or better yet a Manatee its a bigger fold up rectangle one they work even better and very little impact on the electric bill.

Finally got it put together without instructions, BUT the brackets should have been longer down the door...I am not short BUT I have to stand on a stool to put it up and take off...and I am 5'7"...

You can buy a different type dryer that takes up space. People put in small space heaters in some rvs , you can't put this in?

We understand your situation. At the same time, to make something durable that doesn't break in a few months or a year that's just what it costs to make them and sell at a very modest profit. It does cost quite a bit less than a conventional dryer.

I had this dryer in Brazil, and thousands of Brazilians use it. It's really fantastic. A powerful blower pushes the hot air donw, then it hits the bottom of the chamber and spreads evenly from the bottom to the top.
